The room was spacious, but outdated. We enjoyed the spacious area. The internet connection was great. Just needed a little attention to detail on cleanliness. The maids and front desk staff were very nice and courteous.

The hotel was very loud, since you enter through an outside door. You could hear people walking by all hours of the night. Not the best for Business travel.

We arrived late and checked in late. The room was not clean and when we asked for clean linen, a person showed up with the sheets and pillow cases all in a bundle. Hair and dust mites all over. The room had a adjoining door which someone was constantly attempting to open the entire night. The room was in horrible condition and should not have been rented out. One of the beds was being held up with wooden blocks. We left the hotel at 3:00 a.m.

Great value
The value was great: comfortable room, free internet, free phone calls, free breakfast, convenient location. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The only drawback was having very, very noisy neighbors next door who talked and yelled out on the sidewalk till late.

overnight flight
They have a shuttle pick up that is on time and the driver is helpful and courteous. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and well taken care of.

Pool noise offset by comfortable bed
We wanted to get to sleep early before our early morning flight the next day. Our room overlooked the pool which had some noisy splashers until the pool closed at 10 pm. But the extremely comfortable bed compensated for the noise, and we were able to enjoy a good sleep.

Free Shuttle Has Limited Hours Of Operation
Please note that the free shuttle operates only during the hours listed. I wish I had read that carefully on their website. Now I also know that a taxi ride to their location is about $25 from the PHX airport. We did get to take advantage of the shuttle on the way back to the airport in the morning. The room was really nice. It had a water massage bath tub, a large flat screen TV. Breakfast in the morning included hot scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, and Starbucks coffee. Free wi-fi. Certainly I would stay there again, just I would make sure my flight arrived before their shuttle stopped for the night.

Plan your flight arrival so that you can take advantage of the free shuttle to and from the hotel. If you have children, you can get a voucher from US Airways to borrow a car seat for the night, for free, and then return it in the morning, if you have an overnight layover. Most taxis will not take you if you do not have a car seat for your children.
