Homestead Phoenix - Airport - Tempe

Starting with front desk service, EXCELLENT. We asked for the quietest room possible, and it was a done deal. Room was nice and clean with a nice little kitchen. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, we would most definitely stay there again.

Great location. Great stuff. I would go there again.

The hotel is in dire need of overall updating and a good cleaning. You have to stay 7 days to get the room cleaned unless you want to pay for it. If you want clean towels you must take the dirty ones to the desk and exchange for clean ones. A couple bars of soap and a hair dryer are about all that's offered as amenities.

Positives: Cheap price. Full size refridgerator, microwave, and two stove tops. Good location. Room for improvements: Clean, but not immaculate. Paint is old and faded, carpet is thin and bunchy in places, mattress is moderately comfortable. Average customer service. Negatives: Pool is cold, despite claim it is heated. No housekeeping unless you pay extra.

Somewhat hard to find as it is off the beaten path and I was looking for it in the dark. Patty, at the front desk was very friendly, informative and efficient in getting us settled. Check=in and check-out couldn't have been easier.

I HAVE NEVER STAYED IN A DIRTIER PLACE IN MY LIFE. HAD IT NOT BEEN A HOLIDAY WEEK I WOULD HAVE CHANGED HOTELS. THE FIRST ROOM WAS SO DIRTY I ASKED FOR ANOTHER. THE FIRST HAD A PUNCHED OUT SCREEN AND THE WALLS WERE COVERED WITH GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT FROM OTHER "GUESTS". THE SECOND ROOM WAS STILL DIRTY BUT I ACCEPTED IT DUE TO $$. THIS HOTEL PROVIDES NOTHING THEY SAY. THERE ARE A TOTAL OF 3 OF EACH UNTINCILS, ONE POT ONE PAN. NO OVEN JUST A TWO BURNER "STOVE" THE ROOMS ARE SO SMALL THAT WITH 3 ADULTS IT WAS LIKE BEING IN A REFIGERATOR BOX. FOR A SUITE" IT IS NOT AT ALL WHAT THE PICTURES THEY SHOW. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. THE CARPETS ARE SO FILTHY YOU DO NOT WANT A CHILD CRAWLING ON THEM.

Is a great location to travel to any part of Greater Phoenix. We went on vacation, but it seems is mostly used for people doing business and staying for a long time. It is a studio with kitchen, beds and a sofa bed, so is perfect for small families also. The only minus is that carpet had stains and when we enter to the studio it smell like someone had cooked just before we arrived, but nothing serious. Overall we definitely recommend it.

Great location right near Pheonix airport and downtown Tempe. Room was clean, staff was nice and best price I could find in the area.

noisy, low water pressure, old furniture, chipped, dented and scratched appliances. Room smelled musty. Old TV set, ugly cupboards, 4 cup coffee pot that leaked, old cheap silverware with plastic glasses,crumbs in the cupboards, poolside rooms are noisy, old carpeting, old stove burners, old mattress on bed.
