Days Inn Tempe ASU

i checked in went to my room and checked it out, there were areas in the bathroom that needed repair cracks in the walls, the bathrooms really need work. the bed was ok, could use a couple more pillows they were small even though there was 4, . the fridge was cold but not cold enough to keep cold soda cold. the microwave was out dated and small. i had a good time but was not pleased with the over all condition of the room. the pictures on the website for this hotel are very misleading

it was cheap, had good location, but was an enormous dump. It's what we expected before we paid, so i dont have any problems with it. I will probably stay here again.

An ok place to stay if you don't want many amenities. Inexpensive, close to light rail. Limited restrurants with in walking distance. Water in shower was horrible. It went from scalding hot to ice cold and the carpet was filthy! I will probably stay again simply because it was the most inexpensive one I could find in the area, but if you want a place to hang out and enjoy then pass this one up. It's just a cheap place to sleep.

Can't really expect much but atleast clean the bathroom better.

My experience was below average. During the night people were checking in extremely late and making a lot of noise. I had someone below me that was parting and drinking until 1am.

Staff was good to switch our room when I accidently booked a smoking room. They got us switched to a nonsmoking room which was a life saver for our comfort. Room was good for what we paid, no complaints.

Perfect if you are wanting to use light rail to get around. Rail stop just across the street from the hotel and very easy to use. Cereal and pastries only for breakfast. Clean older motel with comfortable beds.

Room was ok, just what to expect from nightly rate. The only thing, was that the coffee pot inside the room was dirty, I was not able to make coffee in my room.

We like staying here as it is central to all good shopping. It's clean, has large rooms and good breakfasts.

At first I checked into a dark room on the main floor away from the poolside where it was brighter. There was absolutely no problem in changing my room to an upper floor, overlooking the pool for the same rate just for the asking. Very bright and very clean room. Since I travel alone, security is always a prime factor and I felt so comfortable and secure at all times. There is a $-store and supermarket across the street to the east and a great pub for awesome burgers to the west. The transit train was a plus! So convenient for shopping on Mill Avenue in the U-district and going to a baseball game. (The MLB and NBA stadiums are next to each other). Beautiful and clean amenities in the room and the hot tub was a plus. Shady area at poolside for the hot days. Would stay again no questions.
