Bowl game stay
Clean, friendly and very accommodating. Close to most things we went for and the shuttle service took us every where else. Wonderful place to stay.

there are better choices in Phoenix. no restaurant in hotel or vicinity. booking could not be cancelled.

Comfortable stay
The staff here goes way above and beyond! A shout out to Josh K., Samantha at check in, to Lourdes and Rosanna at breakfast, to Jean C. and Diana, housekeepers. These people made the 5 night stay so much better as I was there to move my freshman ASU student into the Tempe campus which was not going very smoothly.. Anything extra I needed they were there to help me. At check out Erin and Shelly were most helpful in filling me in on future stays, Club Carlson and even gave me a "goodie" bag. I wish it was available for the Family weekend coming up but it was already booked out. Very reasonable price & a good value.

Tempe visit
Our experience included a great front desk staff, nice room, we used the fitness room and pool. We visited the ASU campus and had a very quick trip to the airport. We would stay there again.

Great hotel
Breakfast was good, check in was good, amazing front desk persons, housekeeping was good, breakfast women were friendly. Everything was wonderful for the price and location. Would stay again for sure

Great service!
Came for a wedding with a group of friends. Staff very helpful, no problem changing room type, changing rooms when lock was malfunctioning, taking shuttle to reception, complimentary toiletries we had forgotten. Would recommend!
