Best Hotel Ever
After a long day of traveling delays, we finally made it to this hotel around 2:00 in the morning. As soon as we arrived, and until we checked out, every single staff member was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel was immaculate; the room, the pool, everything. Breakfast was awesome, they have a 'make your own waffle' station, and biscuits and gravy! As well as eggs, fruit, toast, bagels, etc. This is honestly an oasis in the desert, it feels like you're in an old timey spanish villa. There is a huge atrium w/ cacti in the lobby. I've never written a review for a hotel before, but this one deserves it! If we find ourselves in the Phoenix area in the future, this is where we're staying!

Out of Touch
Almost There
The hotel was above average. A bit noisy, too bad security did not keep the floor above us under control. I was trying to figure out what the $4 charge was for on our credit card but it would appear that it was for the bottle of water that was sitting out. Reminded me of a liquor bar that you pay for what you use. Too bad it did not say that there was a charge for drinking it! Pretty cheap on their part.

Great stay in Tempe
We only stayed here 1 night but I thought this Best Western was great for the price. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was better than at most hotels. I just thought the pool and hot tub weren't very attractive. Since we weren't using them it didn't matter, but just for the record.

Enjoyable place to stay
We have stayed here before. The staff is always very courteous, helpful and professional. The room was clean. Conveniently located to the highway. Convenient to mall, and food. Only wish they would add those extra plush tops to the bed mattress.

All in all not bad, staff was not always present, or overly friendly. As far as the room, carpets are in dire need of cleaning.White socks were black after walking on carpet in them

Great Stay!
Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was very helpful. Included a nice full breakfast. I enjoyed my stay there and I am planning to stay there again in the future.
