Motel 6 Sierra Vista Fort Huachuca

First after booking this hotel online and being quoted one price, i get to the hotel and the staff checking me in tried to charge me 20 bucks more till i called them out on it. The room smelled like mold and cat urine. there were addicts hanging outside all night. when i pulled down the bed, there were little hairs in the bed ! i was so grossed out i put my husbands shirt over the pillow so i didnt have to put my face on it. then in the morning i went to take the shower, there was mildew on the shower curtain. I went to brush my teeth and the sink had toothpaste stuck in it from the previous person who stayed there.i grabbed a towel to wipe my face and when i opened it there were little hairs stuck in it. I was so disgusted, never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel. never never never stay here, even if you are looking for a budget hotel, take my advise and spend an extra 20 bucks and be less stressed out.

I found the motel clean, well situated for access to many points of interest- Fort Huachuca, routes 90 and 92 and San Pedro House; staff were friendly. Found a nice eating place nearby -I think it is called Sam's good eats (MOL) at 22xx, E. Fry Blvd- walking distance from motel

I had to go back to the front desk from the back of the second building 4 times because the key didnt work. Not ONCE did she volunteer to come try it herself. By the 4th time, she gave me a new room and said she didn't know but the room was closed down. I had asked for a Queen bed and on the 4th trip I was given two double beds instead. Not what I paid for or asked for. I paid MORE on this site then the sign out in front of the Motel!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. There weren't really any extras included, but it's also the cheapest out there, so you can't expect too many extras.

If you plan to be out of the room 99% of the time, this is a good place to stay. The tvs are small and old. Everything about the room was from the 70s. Needs updating badly. I do have to say that it was fairly clean. They did give us a smoking room when we asked for non-smoking, and since we were in such a rush we just stayed in it- BIG mistake- the stench was horrible. Though- if you are a smoker- you get to smoke inside, so at least they have that available. Lots of "kids" from Ft Huachuca that were partying and making noise.

Due to noisy child residents and an ovler firm bed that had My wife and myself waking bith mornings with lower back pain I give the motel a 6 out of 10 rating. The room itself was very clean and housekeeping did a good job.

The Motel 6 was centeraly located and very clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Would go back there on my next trip out to Sierra Vista

The room has the bare minimum furniture with no fridge or dresser. The Internet was down for 3 days before I arrived for a week and never came back up. LOTS of bugs in the room and outside, (bring Lysol). The room did not get serviced my last 2 days. Recommend you sleep in your car.

For as inexpensive as it is, we were pleasantly surprised. The room itself was clean. Of course, it was rather small, but all that we needed for one night. Around midnight there were some noisy people outside, but it subsided. Overall, good value.

The outlets didn't work. Out of 3 outlets only one worked. The staff had a problem with the room we originally stayed in. They moved our personal stuff but didn't leave a note saying what happened so when we returned to our room all of our stuff was gone. They did end up give us credit for the next two days of our stay and a certificate to use at any Motel 6
