WOW I am impressed.
There is nothing I can complain about regarding my stay, and I am a picky person. The staff was real nice, the building was NEW, they give breakfast, the rooms were clean and organized, there were more TV channels to pick from than I could want, and it was a nice location. Keep it up Holiday Inn, and thank you!

My forth stay there. All one night stays. Good location, relatively clean, but not super-clean. Convenient and fast free wireless internet. On the expensive side for the area/competition. Reasonable breakfast.

Loved it
I have really been looking for a great hotel in this area. Holiday inn express was clean and comfortable. The beds were so soft and the bathroom was very clean. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was really good a little small but just right for me, and it's only walking distance to the mall. I'm definitely staying here the next time I come to visit Sierra Vista.

Pleasant,nothing to jump up & down about
Everything was about average. Nothing bad, also nothing good. You stay at a luxury hotel..you get the accomandation of that. You stay at a "Holiday Inn" then you get what they offer as well. Remember..you get what you pay for (hopefully). Oh, the free breakfast is not the greatest, but it is free.

great place to getaway
this hotel was beyond a shadow of a doubt the best hotel i've ever stayed at. it was very peaceful and quiet. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were very quick with any help you required. the only drawback was the fitness center was nearly non-existant. the only equipment in the fitness center were two treadmills and one bicycle. other than that the hotel was great. it is also located near the mall at sierra vista and many restraunts including applebees and texas roadhouse.

i walked to the mall many times during my stay here. i calculated the time and from the front door of the mall to the front door of the hotel was 7 minutes and thats with a short wait at the crosswalk and a knee injury so could very easily be a 2-3 minute walk. also there are restraunts in the same plaza.

Great Place to relax
We really enjoyed staying here at the hotel. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located so it was easy to get to surrounding places.
