The room was clean. The bed was adequate. Limited water pressure in the shower. Good location. Decent deal for the price.

This is our new favorite Show Low hotel. The rooms were large and cozy. We rented two rooms, both with gas fireplaces...just flip a switch to start the fire. The room had a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. We went down to the lobby to wait for the rest of our family that was also staying at the hotel. The lobby was cozy, had a fire going, coffee, tea and fruit any time of day, and the staff were always looking out for us. In the morning, we had the complimentary breakfast, which was sufficient; waffles, eggs, cereal, yogurt, the basics. But don't be late for breakfast! Our kids missed the cut-off time, were denied breakfast, then had to sit and watch the employees come in and have hot breakfast in front of them. Our kids will learn to get up on time, but maybe employees could eat out of sight to avoid rubbing salt in the wound. All told, it is a great hotel and we will definitely stay there again.

Check-in was fast and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Room had lots of little extras such as microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and hairdryer. There is a great little Mexican Restaurant with a small bar next door and several other dining choices nearby. Hotel is centrally located to the downtown area. Lots of parking available. Motorcycle friendly. A great value for the money. We will definitely stay here again!

Just an overnight stop on our way to Durango, CO. Friendly staff, comfortable room.

arrived late, staff was very helpful & friendly in checking us in quickly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

They had us down for a single king bed (my sister and I) but quickly changed us to a room with two queens. They were very friendly and accomodating.

We were really only at the hotel to sleep and for breakfast. No complaints. We traveled with our Doberman who was welcomed without hesitation (the breed scares some but shouldn't). Orbitz however had no place to let Best Western know about pets other than that they were allowed. I suppose I could have used the comment section but didn't think about that when I made the reservation. That wasn't a big deal either. We told the front desk about the dog when we checked in. Very friendly staff all around.

Central location in town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dining and pub facilities nearby within walking distance. Breakfast was better than most, serving hot eggs, biscusts/gravy, even had a waffle maker. The only down side was that the room smelled of stale smoke. Overall an average experience.

The Paint Pony Lodge is centrally located on US 60 which goes through Show Low. This motel also offers a full breakfast buffet that includes freshly baked biscuits, country gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, assorted muffins, cereal, waffles, juice, coffee, and milk! The rooms also feature a mini refrigerator and microwave.
