RATE

The experience was wonderful but I could have saved the booking fee from Orbits by going directly through the lodge. Their going rate is $80.00 and that is what Orbits offered. There was no savings.

DO NOT eat at the airport casual fine dining. The food was pricy and the service was nil. We waited 20 minutes to get our salads and 45 minutes to get our meals. Not friendly. Go to Cafe Jose. The food was GREAT and the service was the best we have ever had, anywhere in our travels. They are also voted Sedonas best.

Bed Bugs

I am sending this for a friend who recently stayed at this hotel who does not use the internet. They had stayed at this hotel in the past, but this time got bitten by BED BUGS. DO NOT stay here! They told us they were knats, but when the husband was completely covered in bites that required medical attention they were told the truth ! They said they get sprayed every 3 weeks, but obviously not often enough!

Great Mountain Views

Walls are thin, because it's old, heard neighbor snoring both nights. Carpet needs cleaning, bed was hard & uncomfortable. Office is crowded for guests to get in & wait for service. The views from the lookout point is gorgeous. If you don't like heights, this isn't the place or drive for you.

It was all right

For our first time going to Sedona AZ it was a great trip but I dont see where the hotel room was worth the price! The description givin by the hotel of the room was way off at least the room we got did not have a panoramic view, and the private balcony was not as private as discribed. It was one big deck running the length of building and a couple of wooden fences to divided them (there was still clearence to walk from one side of the deck to the other) Yes the hotel was nice not being near all the others and being away from the hustle and bustle of the day but still not worth the price.

Nice location

The hotel was quiet but basic. The rooms were clean but very outdated and the carpet has a stale smell. The Orbitz price was the same as the hotel's price, so there was no savings. Hotel staff was very helpful and polite. The location is excellent -it is central to everything but away from the buzz of the highways. From the grounds of the hotel there are terrific views of the Red Rocks.

Alright

Location was ontop of the airport. No views of the nice side of Sedona. Friendly staff. Loud pond outside room but very quiet indoors. The heater was silent and the bed was comfortable. I think we got a great deal because of the price.

The grounds were beautiful. Next time we will opt for a room with a view of Sedona. Short walk to the Sedona Airport Restaurant. Enjoyed the Prime Rib!
