Beautiful views

The hotel was fine except for the beds. They really need to invest in better mattresses. Check-in went well but had to go back to the desk as our keys had not been programmed correctly. The room was average, but as previously stated the mattresses were way below par.

Average night stay

I was a little hesitant to book this hotel but overall it was not that bad. The location was great, not too far from uptown sedona. The only bad thing was that the the AC in the room was not working. The first night stay it was very hot. I turned the AC down to 60 and it was not cooling. I called the front desk to have maintenance check the AC. Turns out the AC was not cooling because it froze..it took maintenance about an hour to fix the problem. All the rooms were booked so I could not switch rooms. I had to sit outside while they worked on the AC. All the lady at the front desk said was to call back and keep checking for avaliable rooms. Luckily it was fixed and the room was nice and cool.

Disappointing

The carpet was filthy and the wifi only worked intermittently. Definitely not worth the room rate.

Great pool!

The best part about this hotel was the pool and courtyard, it was so nice! The room was average; there was a huge stain in the middle of the carpet, but besides that, it was decent. The big disappointment though was the breakfast... it was the bare minimum.

It gets the job done without spending too much for being in a tourist location

The price here was better than I could find in the area for what you got. Great pool and nice big hot tub in the area of a nice water feature to relax. Beautiful scenery behind the hotel and so close to the main drag of Sedona. The continental breakfast gets you going with enough provided to be a breakfast and hold you till lunchtime. Beds are very average, but at least room is clean and everything worked. Be aware though; NO MICROWAVE FOR GUESTS. That was a bummer but we made do. Plan ahead. Would stay again and be prepared for that next time.

G.Ma and friend

Everything was acceptable to us. beautiful hot tub and pool area, had read the reviews and didn't expect any more or any less. continental breakfast was okay, same as any motel, large room, tv could have been larger, diffcult to see from only spot to relax which was the bed.

disappointed

1st room was bad (carpet stains, grungy). They moved us to a better room which at least looked clean. Disappointed overall & not worth the price.

Disappointing

We reserved this for our one night stay in Sedona and were disappointed in the room when we arrived. Very plain and drab. But it was pretty inexpensive by Sedona standards. Next time, we'll pay more.

Sedona Visit

My sister and I stayed overnight in Sedona while she was visiting from out of town. When we arrived at the hotel there were teenagers hanging out outside the hotel trying to sell us perfume.... When we walked into the lobby to check in, the line quickly became longer and longer as there was only one person working the desk. The professionalism of the person working the front desk was much to be desired as she was dressed for an event much sketchier than working at a hotel. She had on faux leather pants, a 3/4 length shirt, that had her gut hanging out, and a top shirt to barely cover that up. I felt like as I was checking in, an undercover raid could appear at any time! The room was clean, however the carpets were extremely soiled. Continental breakfast was ok, I have seen better than some hard boiled eggs, fruit and toast.... Probably will not be returning to this hotel again. Great view from the front parking lot though!
