Parking is very limited at this facility
We found it necessary to leave one day early, and they didn't even want to take the time to explain why they couldn't refund the charge for Saturday. The breakfast menu was quite good, and the maid service was good also. As stated, the parking is very limited, and the manager wasn't very personable.

Bathtub dirty - staff inattentive
Check in fine, little off beaten bath to attractions we wanted to see in Sedona. Room felt neglected and bathtub was dirty, the only hotel that we stayed in that are part of this chain that I was unhappy with all the others were much better maintained.

This was our first trip to Sedona and the staff at the Hampton couldn't have been more helpful. They provided us with lots of useful information to make our stay in Sedona even more memorable. We always enjoy our stay at the Hampton and this was no exception. This Hampton is actually in West Sedona but we found it to be very convenient to all the attractions and loved the quiet time by the pool. We would definitely recommend to others.

The staff at the Hampton is very knowledgeable and can provide you will helpful hints on all the activities in Sedona including directions, maps and hours of operations. They will even make arrangements for you. They also had some excellent recommendations regarding dining in Sedona.

Room could of been better
We were given a handicapped room although we did not ask for one. Room layout would be great for handicapped but terrible for a non handicapped person. The carpet needed to be cleaned. it had been vomited on and smelled terrible.
