Days Inn Kokopelli Sedona

Hotel is outside of the main shopping area of town with most of the restaurants, but a short walk to Bell Rock and Courthouse Rock which are both nice accessible hikes. The staff was friendly, the room clean and the breakfast good. My husband was particularly happy with the make your own waffle station. Overall, a good value for nice, basic accommodations.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Price is good. As indicated above this place is in need of some repairs ie. a previous guest put a hole in the bathroom door and they put an unsightly filler in the door. This was only a visual problem. It did not interfear with the function of the appliances etc. in the room.

I had a good experience at this hotel. It's further from the downtown Sedona area, but that was ok with me. Clean rooms, quiet, comfortable. Only slightly negative thing was the breakfast - nothing but bread products. Would have been nice to have some fruit or other non-bread foods available.

I stayed 2 weekends in a row, 2 nights each. I had classes I was taking within walking distance and it worked GREAT for me and my roommate. The staff was great and gave more than 100% in service. I wanted a clean, safe and afforable place to stay and this was what I got. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Days Inn Kokopelli is in Oak Creek, about 8 miles south of the center of Sedona. Easy access to site seeing, Jeep tours etc. Rooms on one side of the hotel have a view of Bell Rock the other has no view. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was good.

I had a very relaxing stay. The staff was pleasant and very accomodating, and the location was perfect for me.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room however, was old, dreary, and beat up. The mattress was flimsy, like sleeping on coils. The furniture was old, cheap and chipped. The $100 room price was low compared to the rest of the area, but not compared to the value of the hotel it's self.

I just read that we would be sleeping on a pillow top mattress, that was not so. The front desk receptionist was kind, but she was new to the job so didn't know what time late check out was or if the hotel had late check out. The top comforter needed to be washed it smelled of bad body odor but most hotels don't wash their top comforter. The hotel is close to a great mexican restaurant, italian restaurant, and cute cafe/bistro. I would stay again if I wanted to be out of the hustle and bustle of Sedona.

The hotel was great, I didn't realize that it was so far outside Sedona, but it didn't really matter for us because we were driving around the whole area.
