Bell Rock Vista Townhomes Rooms
- FAMILY - VILLA
- Two Bedroom 2.5 Bath with a queen bed in each room plus a queen size sofa sleeper. This Unit sleeps six. Check-in Instructions: Room keys You will need to call 15 minutes prior to arrival so one of our representatives can meet you at you unit and issue you the key. The number is 928-284-4001 Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 p.m. Any one arriving after 8 p.m. MUST make special arrangements for room keys ahead of time.

Overpriced
Clean & roomy ( but bedrooms small ) ; furnishings, towels, bedding were budget level and not what I expected for the $320 total price. By comparison my Las Vegas suite for $300 the night before was easily twice the accomodation in terms of amenities, luxury level and value for the dollar. I would not stay here again for the price charged.

Sedona, BellRock Townhome
We stayed at BellRock townhouse in Sedona for two nights in April. The location is good. The townhouse itself is nice plenty of room for 5 people. The kitchen is huge. Only one negative thing is they had very cheap towels, no bar soap, shampoo, etc. Other than that everything is great.

Beautiful townhomes, Bad Customer Svc
The Bell Rock Vista Townhomes were a very beautiful place to stay. The interior was very clean and spacious. An overall great location. I wish I could say the same about the customer service. I booked the reservation over a month and a half in advance for my best friends wedding in Sedona. My husband and I have two young children and needed two separate rooms, which is why we chose this location over the many others in Sedona. I contacted the property owner three days before the reservation to ensure everything was still ok with the reservation. I received a phone call back with a msg stating that they were not able to "honor my reservation" and were moving us to a regular hotel room because another bridal party had reserved the rooms AFTER we had made our reservation. I am very upset that this wasn't even brought up until THREE days before we were stuposed to be there. You'll be taking your chances reserving this hotel as the owner obviously doesn't care if he satisfies his customer as long as he can get more money out of the next person. Everyone who attended the wedding now knows about the hassle we were put through and I would NEVER recommend this place to a friend.
