Not So Special

Would recommend Tue, Dec 15, 2015
The facilities are nice, the location is convenient to town, but still quiet, but it seemed like they were a .little over the top. The effusive and well-rehearsed check-in speech went beyond the time necessary, when all we wanted was to go to our room and rest up before dinner. The music in the lobby a little too loud, the food in the restaurant a little too much sizzle (sauces), not enough steak. Not a bad place, but they could improve if they realized that sometimes Less is more.

Perfect relaxing getaway

Would recommend Thu, Nov 26, 2015
The location of the hotel can't be beat. It's down the hill from the uptown shops and restaurants but away from the main road by the creek so it feels surrounded by nature. The best thing is the free wine hour from 5-6. There are plenty of places to sit and relax inside and outside. The saltwater pool and hot tub have an amazing view of the red rocks and everyone is given great robes and towels to use. The spa also provides free access to the eucalyptus steam room and free morning yoga. The staff is extremely helpful. There's free valet parking, a shuttle to anywhere within a mile of the hotel, free make your own trail mix. The rooms are extremely comfortable and modern and they provide all sorts of complimentary supplies (tweezers, lint brush, etc). The saltwater restaurant was also delicious. We're from NYC so we're very particular a bout food and found everything to be high quality, fresh and tasty. I obviously love this place. I'm even paying for my brother to stay here with his wife since it was so amazing!

Great girls reunion!

Would recommend Tue, Sep 22, 2015
Wonderful staff that was helpful every step of the way (concierge, engineering, valet, restaurant). Hotel was full of delights - morning coffee bar, trail mix bar, resort fee included valet and courtesy shuttle. Given the location of the hotel, the shuttle got us to all our reservations! Would definitely recommend.

Red Rock Adventure

Would recommend Mon, Apr 6, 2015
Sedona was a great little town and loved the friendliness of the entire staff. Valet greeted us upon arrival offering water and escorting us to reception. The reception staff was able to accommodate a room change and made us aware of the amenities on property. The outdoor space by the pool has fun patio games and the complimentary wine hour is hosted outside to enjoy the views of red rock country.

Very pretty hideaway place nestled by Oak Creek Canyon. Music was played in the court yard by the eating area. They have a fire place and seating for you to enjoy. Nice place

Beautiful resort

Would recommend Sun, Mar 22, 2015
Perfect location! Right next to Oak Creek. There is a nice walking path down by the river. Lots of birds were flying down to the water to eat insects. The pool was awesome, although we only used the hot tub as it was a little chilly after a recent rainfall. Free wine from 5-6 is also a plus. The price is a little steep, so that would be my only complaint. The fire pits on the patio are great to sit at and watch the stars. We will be back to stay again!

Close to shops and restaurants. Beds were a little too firm for my liking but nice and clean room otherwise.

birthday celebration

Would not recommend Sat, Feb 28, 2015
I scheduled this for a special birthday for my husband...limited services that were even more restricted due to weddings and such. no business center, gift shop and limited food menu in the restaurant. NO view and " unfortunately no" chance to change rooms. Steep incline to Main Street Street. Will be going back to Sedona, but "unfortunately no" to this resort.
