Sleep Inn at North Scottsdale Road

Very clean. Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast! We'd stay here again when the car shows return next January.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable rooms, if not spacious. The complimentary breakfast and the free wifi is something I particularly appreciated. The staff was very helpful, organizing a free shuttle transfer to the nearby conference I was attending. There is a series of Restaurant and shops within walkable distance (rare enough to mention in Phoenix/Scottdsale). Cons: room 117 touches the fitness room and runners will wake you up around 6:30 or 7:00 so take another room if that is an issue (it wasn't for me so I did not ask the reception for another room). Far from the center.

We stayed there while attending a Jazz Festival in Scottsdale.The room was comfortable and the space was sufficient for a couple of nights stay. It would have been nice to have a table or other surface to place personal items.The shuttle service was very helpful and appreciated, however it would perhaps be helpful to have two shuttles available on busy weekends. Another convenient amenity was the outstanding Morning Medley buffet. In the room there was a directory with much valuable information about restaurants, hotel layout, surrounding areas and other helpful information.

Plenty of swimming especially in the evening. Great complimentary breakfast in the mornings and neat and clean rooms. The shuttle service was great and really nice drivers.

We were in Scottsdale for a wedding. The hotel showed it's age, but, the staff was great!!!!!

We wanted a location close by a relative in Scottsdale but the hotel really sits among so many attractions and restaurants that we walked to the movie theater and grappled with our choice of restaurants. Weren't motivated to use the free shuttle with so much close by. We REALLY enjoyed the free breakfast each morning with so many healthy choices. Although free Wi-Fi was available, we hadn't brought our laptop so the complimentary computer terminal was much appreciated, even though its popularity made it a challenge to find it unoccupied. We were very pleased with the friendly service and amenities. Has to be one of the best hotel values in Scottsdale!

The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was OK; not plush amenities, but livable. A nice part about the hotel's location is that it is located across from a good-sized shopping center with several restaurants nearby. This was a huge plus. Another perk was having a computer with printer in the lobby for easy availability. The shuttle is another huge plus. The drivers were ever courteous and very on time regarding pick-ups. Also, the breakfast was like a breakfast smorgasboard with ample variety except for dieters! Beware if you are on a diet as the temptation could be too strong!

good location, nice restaurants, convenient to Mayo Clinic. Noisy A/C, fortunately we didn't need it. $75.00 additional deduction(to be refunded?!) was UNEXPECTED and not appreciated since I am on fixed income and it's the end of the month(Nov 30). Warn people next time.

I stayed here for a conference and the free shuttle was fantastic. The room was comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance of a few good restaurants and shops (if it isn't 115 degrees outside). The staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the free wifi was a plus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, inexpensive place for business in Scottsdale.
