Expect an oasis of exquisite comfort and service in these fully furnished, generously equipped one-bedroom vacation villas. Each and every villa offers everything a luxurious desert home should have - separate living room, dining room and bedroom areas, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, and masterful master bathroom - all with warm, rich decor that celebrates the surrounding mountain and desert colors. Gas fireplaces in the living room and bedroom of the deluxe villas chase the chill of desert nights. A relaxing whirlpool tub adds a luxurious touch. All you could desire is here, enhanced by the unimagined thoughtfulness and attentiveness of legendary Sheraton service.
From April 2013 to March 2014, the resort will undergo enhancements, including full interior renovations and some exterior building work. We do not anticipate that these improvements will affect guests as the work will be mostly restricted to unoccupied areas. Please contact he hotel for further information.Sheraton Desert Oasis Rooms

We're at your service - Buy A Timeshare
The Villa room was very nice but the service was nothing special and they kept trying to get us to attend one of the meetings to push their Sheraton World Wide Timeshares. In fact they left messages on our room phone encouraging us to attend. There is no resturant on premisis. They had a free cookout one night which consisted of a hamburg on a stale bun and a bag of chips. Parking was less than adequate. We complained that the water was only lukewarm for early morning showers and were told that the boiler was turned down at night because customers near it complained about the noise. For what we paid, we expect much more.

Alright vacation spot
Overall the hotel was alright. Not a hotel for young adults, seemed like it was deemed more for senior adults. Also transportation to and from the airport was a bit of a hassel, not impressed. The hotel needs to do a better job with providing some sort of reliable method of transportation to and from the airport.

Excellent Accomodations
Over all this was a great staycation! The only downside to it was the lack of room care each day, due as I found out on the last day to the rate structure. Also I attended a vacation time share presentation that was billed as a review of the resort ownership, of which I am a member. I did not want to attend a sales presentation. But the stay was wonderful and I will definitely stay again. Loren Bird

We spent a week at this hotel in April with our two year old. The stay was perfect, pool was great, service was very good. Location was fantastic. Will stay again. The suites had plenty of room with kitchen and patio.

And Daily Housekeeping!
My mom owns a timeshare at this resort and we needed an extra room. It was perfect, and we even got daily housekeeping, which she does not!

great trip!
We came to Phoenix for a college football game and booked several of these rooms. It was a great place, rooms were exceptional, very clean and well decorated. Nice private porches/decks for that morning tea or coffee. The pool area is fantastic with a nice waterfall and huge spa surrounded by large rocks (not real, but still pretty cool!). I would recommend this hotel highly.
