Expect an oasis of exquisite comfort and service in these fully furnished, generously equipped one-bedroom vacation villas. Great Stay
We spent a week at this hotel in April with our two year old. The stay was perfect, pool was great, service was very good. Location was fantastic. Will stay again. The suites had plenty of room with kitchen and patio.

And Daily Housekeeping!
My mom owns a timeshare at this resort and we needed an extra room. It was perfect, and we even got daily housekeeping, which she does not!

great trip!
We came to Phoenix for a college football game and booked several of these rooms. It was a great place, rooms were exceptional, very clean and well decorated. Nice private porches/decks for that morning tea or coffee. The pool area is fantastic with a nice waterfall and huge spa surrounded by large rocks (not real, but still pretty cool!). I would recommend this hotel highly.

The Chief
Blindsided by the sales pitch
The hotel staff was very nice, helpful,and the facilities were above average. We stayed at the Sheraton because it had the amenities we needed for our stay in Scottsdale, AZ. The only issue we had was we had to sit unexpectedly through a Starwood timeshare presentation which lasted about 3hrs. They did give us $100.00 gift card to be used however we wanted. That eased the pain a bit.

Short drive from hotel
By all means, if you are not familiar with Phoenix and the surrounding area, bring along a gps. It will save you time and gas. There is a lot to do in this big city.

A Nice Experience
We we looking for a quiet place to spend New Year's Eve. This certainly fit the bill. The rooms were lovely and well equipped, and it was a very quiet property--more so than most. The whirlpool tub could have been in better condition, but that is the only complaint.

Personal touch
Staff took time to use name, felt very welcome. When I got lost finding my room an employee took time to walk me there, help me in and was very sweet. After a brief exit, returned to room with a personal note of congrats on my anniversary and a beautifully decorated bottle of chilled blush champagne! Wow, this place is awesome!

Disliked the Sheraton
There are better choices for same money.
Since they had 'high-speed' internet and I had good cell service just down the street at the Princess, I thought I could get a little work done during the vacation. Was I wrong! Internet is a joke. in room wired highspeed is slower than dial up. Wireless crawls and cuts off attachements from email. Cell phone is nearly unavailable in rooms or at pool. They charge $5 connection charge per call for long distance calls. Housekeeping is marginal and the rooms could use an update. Only 1 waitress at pool so you need to stand in line for an $8 hamburger and only restaurant closes at 5pm. It's like staying at a friends apartment. Not an 'oasis of exquisite comfort and service' at all. We go to Scottsdale regularly and there are much better choices available.

Great Getaway
Was looking for a quiet time away from home, and found it. It was a great place to get away. Very clean, and very polite staffing. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for something more than a one room noisy hotel.
