Scottsdale Links Resort

From the size of the rooms to the concierge's recomendations for dinner everything was first rate. The only thing lacking was a larger pool but we were told this was being taken care of. also some of the workout equipment needed repair.

The Sunterra Scottsdale Links provided accomodations the size of a large one-bedroom apartment for a price significantly lower than a motel room. The Site is adjacent to the TPC of Scottsdale and near other premium golf courses. It provided the perfect base for our five-day golf vacation. This site is a time-share, but is available as a rental property, much like a hotel. Once you reject the offer for a time share sales pitch, it is just like any other suite hotel. There is no obligation to attend a sales presentation. Our one-bedroom suite had a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room and bedroom with walk-in closet. The living room had a sofa bed for additional guests. There is no restaurant on the propoerty, but who would eat in a hotel/motel restaurant anyway?

Here to visit my 86 year old mom. Always enjoy staying at the links. We needed a ground floor room so we could bring my mom to visit and I had just had back surgery. I explained the situatuin to the staff and they went above and beyond their position to help. I will only stay at the Links.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The only negative thing that happened is we never got our room cleaned, which we were supposed to have after our 3rd night. However, when I brought it to their attention, they apologized by paying for our dinner that night. That, to me, made it better. We were pleased overall. Very nice workout room and a great location for our purposes!

The condo was wonderful and stocked with everything we needed for the family. Plenty of towels including beach towels for the pool. There were enough dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans for the dinner we cooked. A great sports bar/restaurant just a block away with delivery. We really enjoyed our stay in this very clean terrific condo.

I was quite amazed at the comfort of this 'condo' type unit. Very pleasant.

The unit was roomy and comfortable. The only item we weren't 100% satisfied with were that because of fire code, we were told we couldn't BBQ on the patio but could use the public grills they had available on the property. When we went to use them, they were so dirty we didn't use them after all.

The Sunterra was more than I expected. I got a great value, the only thing is that they get you in with a cheap rate, then talk you into one of theirsister property tours. (timeshare). I am not at all frightened by this, in fact I am willing to listen to any presentation if I have a deal involved. I got as promised a 90 minute presentation. no longer, no less, BUT also received a 75.00 gift card to spend at my choosing. We decided on Pinnacle Peak Patio(AWESOME!!). To me this was MUCH worth the hour and a half out of my day. I loved the property. Suite was roomy, clean and everything I could ask for on a vacation. I would definitely return. For those who do not like the timeshare sales, BEWARE!!! This was a great central location to clubs shopping, west world, phoenix airport(20 min) everything and anything you could imagine!! I love AZ!!!

The unit was great. Large and comfortable. the pool is somewhat small for the number of units in the hotel, very crowded in the afternoon. Overall a pleasant stay.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom villa, that was very spacious, clean and well layed out. Location to major roadways, was convient, yet far enough away as to not be a noise factor. They will try to sign you up for a 90 minute tour of a timeshare property, as this property actually is a timeshare, that has daily rental for non timeshare persons. But I politely explained I was not interested nor did I have the time and that was the end of the sales pitch.
