Nice Resort

This is a nice resort although we didn't receive the upgrade we paid for. For an additional nightly fee, we were to have a view of the golf course - we did not. So not sure paying the additional fee for an "upgrade" was worth it.

A solid value

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Things like sheets and towels were first class. Not a particularly fancy bathroom or shower, but certainly good enough. Lobby has a nice little patio area looking over a small lake. Free internet access in rooms and lobby was speedy and no hassles with access codes. Overall no issues

Great hotel for reduced rate

For the full price of this hotel, they need to make some improvements: enlarge the work out facility, make sure all the equipment is working, include more documents in the room to describe the facility - restaurants, WiFi acess, location of pool, gym, etc, update the bathroom. It was a great place for what I paid (about 1/3 of the full price). Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. I would definitely stay again if I was able to get the same great rate.

Staff Outstanding.

Everyone was really delightful. Esp the men in the dining room. They served me eventhough I was the only one there. The take out sandwich as great. Thanks for being so nice to me.

Great Girls Trip

We had a wonderful experience at the Millennium! The staff was exceptional, from check in to housekeeping to bell staff. We loved the location for our shopping....close to everything. The only complaint was the refrigerator was not working properly and froze all our food, ruining most of it. Maintenance had tried to get it fixed but was not successful. The only other thing that would have made our mornings better would have been complimentary coffee in the lobby, as most other hotels offer. Aside from that, we had a great stay. We will certainly be back next year!

Mix of old and new

Lobby area was sleek and sophisticated, staff was very friendly and quick to respond to requests. Although our large room was very clean, it was musty and the furnishings were outdated. Thin walls where we stayed. Not bad for the price. Other areas of the resort may have more updated rooms.

Poor Staff and Accomodations

I am very unhappy to say the least. This hotel was no where near worth the amount that I had paid. Let alone the extra "resort fees" they took upon check in. When I arrived, my first thought was, we are not near Downtown Scottsdale as they had advertised. My second was, as we walked in the front struggling with our bags, we were not offered help. My guest that was staying with me had to go get a luggage carrier herself, at that point THEN we were offered help. When i inquired about the guest policy, i was responded to in a rude manor with the remark of "we do not allow parties in the hotel, and noise ordinance is at 10pm".. well excuse me. That was not what I asked. We arrived in our room to find stained carpet and a dirty bath mat. When we woke in the morning, i had called down to the front desk to ask the time for the complimentary breakfast, I was then told "You do not recieve the breakfast because you booked through Orb***". Overall i am extremely disappointed and will not return to this hotel and am reluctant to use Orb*** again due to cut in accomodations. Orb*** advertises to lower costs to fill rooms, not to deny you of your complimentary ammenities. I was not allowed to post the name in which i am speaking, but i think it is well defined enough .

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is outstanding, helpful, friendly. I wish I could have stayed a few more days. I didn't get to take advantage of all they had to offer. I'll seek out this property first on my next visit to Scottsdale.

I asked for the front desk to call a cab so I could go out for the evening, they gave me a ride instead. I was briefed on some good food and nightlife and was delivered there by a friendly bell captain.
