Nice and homey atmosphere
We enjoyed our stay. It was exceeded our expectations by far! The rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice. The overall experience was good.

Pleasant luxury at bargain price
Arrival was efficient. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was on business attending a seminar at another location and I chose the inn for it's convenient access to the 101 loop but not in a congested area. The grounds and ameneties were well maintained. I would stay again next time I travel to the area.

Great value
Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, strategically located for the business trip I was on. Dining within walking distance. Hotel grounds and ameneties in excellent condition.

The stay was mediocre. The staff was neither friendly nor rude. The only staff member who smiled was the lady who prepared breakfast. Everything was just average. Was quite disappointed that I was put in a smoking section of the hotel even though i had specifically requested non smoking. Although the room was non smoking I could smell the smoke from down the hallway.

Exceelent place just off the freeway
Very accommodating and friendly staff. Rooms very comfortable--bed just right, lots of pillows. Good sized bathroom and all of it clean. Breakfast plentiful--usual cereals, yogurts, breads, fruit and waffles. Small pool, but really nice courtyard with lots of nooks and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Convenient access to the 101 Freeway. Only complaint is the A/C unit--no way to just cycle fresh air--had to keep A/C on which get noisy when it cycles. Great hotel for families and business people (free Wifi in room!)

VERY PLEASED
I have stayed at other LaQuinta Inns before and in general think they have been clean and adequate for my needs - this LaQuinta was by far the nicest I've stayed at. Everything seemed quite new and well cared for. The furnishings and decorations were very attractive, the beds comfortable, the outdoor pool and surrounding area beautifully landscaped. I would definitely stay there again.

Vacation
We stayed there while attending a wedding The location was good, close to everything we were interested in. The room was nice but not as clean as I would like. Bathroom floor was not cleaned everyday. The rooms were not made up until nearly 6:00pm. At a time when we want to rest for a while and get ready for the evening the cleaning crew wants to clean. One day they forgot to clean the coffee and didn't leave fresh coffee twice.

Close to Salt River Fields
We had a very nice stay here while in town for the Rockies Spring Training. We especially enjoyed friendly Carmen at the front desk. She was very helpful with walking directions to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick. Enjoyed the very fresh floral fragrance as we entered the hotel due to the pretty fragrant flowers that landscaped the outside entrance. The pool area was very relaxing. Pretty gazebo in the garden area. Room was clean, comfortable & we enjoyed having a fridge & microwave that we did not expect to have.

wonderful hotel
