Great staff and classic resort
Camelback Inn is a classic resort with a nice recent remodeling. It feels like the old west with a twist. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and always willing to put you at ease. It was a wonderful relaxing stay.

Lovely setting and facility
Staff was good, not exceptional in service though (Four Seasons, or Ritz Carlton being exceptional). Room was lovely but shower was in need of renovation. However I would not hesitate to stay there again!

was everything we were looking for
the setting is beautiful, the room is spacious and well-equipt, the outdoor heated seating area with music every night is a lovely environment for relaxation. close enough to both downtown Scottsdale and the more remote northern communities, the JW gave us the ability to enjoy a wide range of the many available activities. It provdied just the right mix for what we wanted in this vacation. We count on coming back again!

Everything we wanted & needed
Only drawback was that it was a little difficult to get a 'small meal' My husband did share a dinner one night, & the staff was wonderful.

Good Quality Hotel -- just a bit dated
Very nice stay. Clean and comfortable room. Decor looked a bit dated, and was somewhat annoyed at the $25/day resort fee that we barely used.

Scottsdale Vacation
Overall very satisfied with hotel and especially staff. Was very disappointed that nobody told us we had a $40.00 per day resort credit,against charges we made to our room. Found out by accident on last day. Did not get full advantage of the per day credit.

Excellent Hotel, hidden fees disturbing
Excellent acommodations and services. Great restaurants and facilities. Hidden restaurant fees are a problem which were resolved. Definitely would book a stay again.

Exceeded Expectations
The view is awesome, the hotel staff was great. Fitness Center was adequate; I wish the pool service would stay open a lttle longer; other than that, this hotel was everything I thought it would be and more.

Go to Old Town during the day; most shops are closed at night; plus the night life takes over; which isn't bad if you want to party a little.
