Hospitality Suite Resort

Being the travel Agent, my clients stated that the rooms were very comfortable, kitchennettes were welcomed as well....They felt welcomed since the staff were very pleasant with them...Location is fantastic whether you want to go Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, attend baseball games etc..Was a short stay, they enjoyed their stay at this property .

Excellent place to stay: great amenities, housekeeping was much better than expected and the suite had all you need for even longer stay.

The hotel was nice and we really enjoyed the cocktail hour each day. The pool was clean, as was our room. The area directly around the hotel wasn't the greatest, but the location as far as driving was great - we were in the middle of Tempe and downtown Scottsdale. The only real downside was that we didn't get the complimentary breakfast at the hotel because we didn't book directly through them.

I was very happily surprised upon arriving to the hotel. The staff was great from the start. The cocktail reception is sweet! It was very close to the Food City grocery store, which was very handy. The property itself was nice, the pools are all HEATED which made swimming in the cooler evenings the best! Grill areas came in very handy for us for all meals. The owner was very personable and attended a couple of the cocktail hours we attended. Very close to all major highways to get around Phoenix. Didn't get the breakfast, you must book through the hotel to get the free breakfast apparently....oh well we grilled ours anyway! Will DEFINITELY be returning!

This hotel was perfect for the experience of a golf week at the Scottsdale area. The location was perfect for going north and south but really great for returning to the airport when I was ready to return back home

High value. They have everything in room. Very close to Papago park and desert botanic garden. Pity that we did make it to see the night view of zoo and botanic garden. Overall very nice.

Love the cocktail party and the atmosphere is pleasant. The beds are not very comfortable and the pillows weren't as well. Its worth the price if you are coming to just visit family but if you are looking for luxury this is not the place. I won't give it a bad rating because we always enjoy ourselves there...but we don't necessarily sleep all too well.

Great place: Room was clean and we had a king size bed,kitchen,hair dryer,iron and ironing board.. Free hot breakfast and social hour drinks. Even a free steak on Wednesday night with any two drink paid for.(even soft drinks) in the sames restaurant on property that you get the breakfast in.

Stayed here because it is a close cab ride to Mill Ave. The room was pretty average, but was clean and served it's purpose. It was a good deal for the price. And we loved the free happy hour in the afternoon!

This hotel was a vacation all by itself! There were always noisy neighbors but thats not hotel's fault. 3 pools, plenty of bbq grills for families to use, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tennis, bball, jacuzzi, free drinks during happy hour...Breakfast is at a restaurant next door and its FREE! I paid $5.50 more[...] and on my own I paid $52/night. SUPER price for June 2011!
