Perfect combination- affordable luxury
It has everything you want and no extra expenses that you don't need! A good breakfast and a workout in a clean and sanitized workout room were the perfect start to each day. The drive to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick was easy and quick and did not include any highway driving with the morning or afternoon commute. The pool was warm and clean and the hot tub was large and inviting. The environment was very kid and family friendly, yet very quiet and comfortable. A great value for all that is included! Our family will be returning next year for our annual trip!

Attendance to conference
I was attending a conference in nearby Hyatt Regency, and to spare money I decided to stay in this hotel, that was in walking distance. I think it provides good value for the cost, and the personnel is very nice and helpful.

Good
Went to Phoenix for the NASCAR race at PIR. Hotel was clean and inexpensive. Although under renovation at the time, we didn't encounter any problems. The first night we set the smoke detector off as in November it cools off at night. we turned on the heater and it obviously hadn't been used in quite some time!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was well stocked with many choices. We didn't utilize any of the ammenities (i.e. pool, etc) as we were busy at the races, but would definately recomend and stay again.

Comfort Inn Scottsdale Review
This is an average hotel - nothing about it to make me remember it except this: my room key card expired the day before I was scheduled to leave. I'd had a very long, hard day and when I got back to the hotel all I wanted was a hot shower and a pillow. My key wouldn't open the side entrance to the hotel nor would it open my room door. I had to trundle all my gear downstairs to the front desk to get it straightened out. A real pain.

Another Cool Stay
The check-in was great when done. I politely waited in line, since the attendant was helping another customer. Another guest just passed me, leaned against the counter and the attendant helped him next instead of me. Not good, but I got over it. However, when I was helped the young lady with brownish-black hair was WONDERFUL! They were able to check me in at 9 a.m., which included the room type I desired. Room service, though, missed my room the second day of my stay, but when the front desk was called, they offered to bring me anything I needed. I survived. The breakfast was great, the hotel was very well-kept, and I felt very safe. However, the A/C unit was LOUD! Luckily I could survive with just the fan blowing.

Comfort Inn Scottsdale
It was everything I needed, great location, clean and quiet.I was traveling alone and when I got there I asked for a king bed rather than the two queens I was supposed to have, the desk clerk told me that the only room available was a pet friendly room, I asked why that would be an issue and she told me that since pets had been in the room in the past I might be sensitive, the room was spotless and fresh.
