Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SCOTTSDALE

Excellent room for the price. Staff was attentive and always asking if they could be of service. One of the better free breakfast I have had at a Hotel.

Hotel was only 50% full at time of our stay. We enjoyed having the pool and hot tub to ourselves on several occasions. Temp of 70 degrees must not have tempted other guests to swim. Breakfast area also was not crowded. Not a fancy hotel, but very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel has everything a traveller could need. There is lots to offer a family. The pool and hot tub were great. They also offer a great variety of food, from breakfast, free beer and wine in the evenings to cookies and milk.The only downfall would be the rooms are not very soundproof.

I visited Scottsdale to do a remote project review, and while the hotel was under construction, the room was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful, and the complimentary happy hour was a great touch. with the high-speed internet, I was able to get my work completed as well as stay in touch with family; this trip was made so much better due to my stay at this hotel. We have never been more impressed with a hotel. All areas were clean and updated. They did offer an outdoor pool, which was lighted for evening swims, and a fitness center. The complementary breakfast was tasty and a lots of choice. I never left breakfast hungry. Also, I thought it's so good, but there was indeed a complementary happy hour every evening! They offered a few selections of beer and wine, as well as some nachos and snacks. There was also fresh cookies served in the evenings. Lemonade was available throughout most of the day and coffee all 24 hours. The staff was amazing! They were friendly, willing to assist. The AC was a bit loud and did not seem to have a thermostat The sitting area also had a ceiling fan. There were numerous lights. The location is very central. I'll choose this hotel when next time visit.

My flight got in three hours before check in. I called to see if I could get in early. They not only agreed to that but had an escort van in the area that was there to pick me up in less than ten minutes, Excellent service and a very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and good sized. I have paid much more for a hotel room to receive the same kind of service.

Would definitely stay again. Staff very nice and polite. Clean and beautiful. Towels and sheets wonderful.

I have been to Scottsdale many times for spring training and for business. It was very conveniently located near old town scottsdale and the mall. It is an easy walk to the stadium for spring training. I found the staff to be exceptionally pleasant. Breakfast wasn't fancy but good variety of quick options. Business center easily accessible. No charge for parking. I had a rental car but saw they do have a shuttle. Great price for the location and amenities. If traveling with my family, I would definitely stay here with the kids.
