Huge facility; well maintained.
This is a huge facility. The property is clean and well maintained. I was there for a conference, the facilities for which were excellent, as was the conference food.

Great price for a fantastic resort hotel
The room was clean, large and interestingly laid out with a very large bathroom. It had a lovely view off the balcony overlooking a quad and one of the pools. I hung out at the pool, ate lunch on the patio and relaxed in comfortable poolside lounges. I got a fantastic rate for all that!

I had expected much more from the advertisements and pictures. Our room configuration made no sense, everything was old in the room such as cracked tiles, very small sinks, smelly carpets, leaking faucets. Prices were outrageous.. $9.14 for a 1.05QT bottle of water which we had to use because the water from the sinks smelled like sulfur. A 21% service charge on a muffin.

very nice
Hotel was very nice, since we were just staying the night in scottsdale this was a great choice. Prices for dining are a little expensive for what you get. We just wentto eat off site . Very nice hotel for the money.

Great for business and relaxation
I went to the Princess for a business meeting and then stayed a couple of more days with the family. The hotel was great for both. 3 pools - South pool more for adults, Splash pool perfect for kids including 2 long slides and a baby area. The room was perfect. Clean and spacious.

Labor Day Weekend
Didn't realize that they were marketing so strongly to children. Very noisy and crowded. Should have moved visiting couples to a separate area just to cut down on the noise. They did try to accommodate, but, really, this did not turn out to be a romantic weekend getaway.
