Location Rocks, Room is disappointing.
If you want to be in the middle of the action on N. Scottsdale Road then the location is a plus. However, the room is somewhat rundown and visually unappealing.

This hotel is conveniently located near shopping, several restaurants and even a 24 hr Fitness Gym within walking distance (although the hotel is no longer giving free passes at the front desk and their in house gym is not so much... Just a regular room with a treadmill and a Stationary bicycle)? Breakfast a perk with a few healthy options. Staff very friendly and helpful with directions. Overall, a restful weekend stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Cheat day on the diet at In an Out Burger off North Scottsdale rd and Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd open til 1AM! Shopping including Steinmart and Nordstrom Rack nearby to walk off the calories! Trader Joes also close by for cheap snacks and drinks.

Good Service
Needed a quiet room close to the Mayo Hospital, this was the perfect location just ten minutes away. The room was a little small, but well kept, clean, and very comfortable. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent, much better choices than I've had at other establishments. The service was wonderful, the desk clerks were very helpful and polite. I'll visit this hotel again in the future.

Short walk from hotel
Take a short walk half a block north of the hotel to Gluseppe's Restorante. A very small italian restaurant with the most incredible food. Everything on the menu is made fresh from scratch daily, don't miss the italian cheesecake.

great continental breakfast
The hotel was great except for the noise. Room door did not insulate hallway noise. With bathroom door closed, could hear what everyone was saying in the room. The continental breakfast was great. Above and beyone the standard fare. Clean, well appointed rooms.

The hotel provides good value in an expensive area. The staff was helpful and there is a no rip-off atmosphere about the place.
