For the price a reasonalbe guy flop stop
great location for the purpose of my visit to golf, also plenty of easily accessed dining, drinking and shopping facilities - the hotel was less than tidy in places - the coffee was very good tasting, freshly brewed but the deluxe breakfast with fresh fruit was over described -daily room rate fair but I would expect a discount on a week plus rental -- overall good value but I wouldn't stay there with my wife

Good stay, good location
Baseball Spring Training trip, good location to major stores/restaurants in Scotsdale. Nice area and easy to get around.

Sleepless Night in AZ
Weekend in AZ
We went to AZ to see my Sister who was down from Pensilvania. I picked this hotel because it was close to her. The Beds were so hard. I asked for a Non-Smoking we got smoking. Sat we left to go hang out we came back that evening and had no clean towels. No one came to the room at all that day. We were glad to get out of there. I will never stay at an extended stay again.

It's location was great, not far from anything in Scottsdale. [...]The dishwasher was broken, they offered to make a fix-it request, but we were leaving the next day...they just had to finish the dishes for us since it wouldnt work.

Smelly room
I reserved a non-smoking room and was given a smelly smoking room. When I asked to change rooms the girl behind the counter said I reserved a smoking room = lie. I told her it was a mistake and I wanted a new room. She said they were booked full and could not give me a different room. I was tired from traveling and had to suffer. I had a very hard time sleeping. It was as if someone was still smoking in my room the whole time there. I was forced to open the window for fresh air and it was in the low 50's outside. I froze. This was a very bad experience for me.

Dump
The room smelled moldy so I only slept & showered there. I had to sleep with the window open all night because of the smell even though it was cold. The towels were small & the hallway smelled like smoke.
