Our Family Reunion
Awesome family reunion!
We were pleasantly surprised that there were 2 televisions, a nice breakfast each morning, a cocktail hour, and just had a wondereful expeience! When we return to Arizona for our family reunion, we will definitely stay at this location again! I have already recommened this hotel to other friends and family! This hotel is far above all of the "chain" hotels that I have stayed in over the years!

Great Experience!
At check in we were given a corner room that was on the parking lot and street. I was worried the room would be too loud but it was actually very quiet and we had no problem with noise. Bed was comfy and they give you about 8 different pillow choices. You get a USA Today delivered to your door every morning and the made to order breakfast was wonderful, as was the daily happy hour. You can walk to Camelback mountain and shopping. We will come back. It was a great experience!

Great weekend
This was a great hotel from the moment we checked in. The person who greeted us was very friendly, the room was nicely decorated and very clean. They have a complementary happy hour where we met some nice people from other areas of the U.S. that really just made the stay that much more pleasant.

Great Place to Stay
I was very happy with my experience at Chapparal and I would consider staying on my next trip to AZ. Parking was simple and close to my room. The room was large, clean and had a number of drawers for storage. Bathroom was small, but adequate. Furnishing are older and some updating would brighten the room, but I was not bothered. Breakfast is provided and was basic, but good. Having breakfast at the Resort saved time and money. Room had two large TV's that I did not use. Bed was comfortable with a number of pillow of varying softness. Air conditioning unit was noisy, but I would describe it as "white noise" that faded into the background. My room included a small refrigerator that did keep drinks cold and a microwave. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board are included. The roomn had three sinks as well. One in the "living room"' one in the bedroom and one in the bath. Checking in and checking out was simple. I had little contact with the staff; I left early and returned late. My few contacts were pleasant and I have no reason to think the staff would not be attentive to any problems

Not Applicable
If you're not familiar with Phoenix, ask the hotel for directions and/or use GPS. You will find that signs promoting a business are restricted and can be hard to see, especially at night. Having good directions, a GPS or aCo-pilot is almost a necessity
