Good getaway

I reserved this hotel for one night for a doctors visit and was very pleased. Staff was really nice. Hotel was nice and quiet. Pool was perfect for my 7 year old. I will go back to this hotel for a family getaway.

Disappointing end to great trip

Air conditioning was out of order during a record heat wave, waitress was rude, food was fair but only open for breakfast.

Nice hotel to live in, great enviroment

Great location for a Phoenix/Scottsdale stay

This hotel was the perfect place to be for a visit to the Phoenix area. My wife and I were able to easily and quickly access the zoo, the fantastic botanical gardens (5 minutes away) downtown Scottsdale and a climb up Camelback Mountain and only use 3 gallons of gas in our rented Lincoln Town Car. The room was clean, bathroom was great and the pool area was nicely landscaped with a bonus of an outdoor parakeet cage filled with dozens of brightly colored birds. Nice staff and no hassles. Just how it should be

Really cool beer bar with literally 100s of bottled beers from all over and a stellar selection of local tap beers right next door in the shopping plaza next to the hotel.

Small and cozy hotel

Our overall experience was good. I was surprised to discover that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. We had a room on the 2nd floor and it was hard for me to go up and down the stairs due to a physical disability. The other thing that I didn't like was that we tried to leave a tip for the housekeeper that was going to clean our room after we left and we were told that the tip goes to the person that cleaned the room the day before. That didn't make sense because we didn't stay there the day before and it is not fair to the housekeeper that was going to clean our room after we left. The hotel is at a good location. There are a lot of stores, restaurants, and attractions close by. The room was a good size and the beds really comfortable.

Suited my needs

Chose this place for a overnight stop before heading to the airport the next day. Room was updated, beds were comfortable, and clean. Courtyard area was very nice. Rooms were on the smaller side with 2 queen beds, there was not alot of space to stretch out, but ok for what we needed it for. Less than ten minutes to drop car rental off. All in all good vaule, would stay again if I was heading to airport.

No Air conditioning

THE AIR was off and could not be fixed. Managers solution was bottles of water and a portable fan, Never again at BW Papago

Ladies Golf Trip

We were pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was for the price. It was fun sitting by the pool visiting. Desk staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby-Lao Thai and Frasher's. Breakfast at the hotel was great. Felt safe and comfortable.

Worn-Out Property - Not recommended

Did not measure up to Motel photos and description. Second floor reached by open outside stairway, room/bath small and cramped, pet odor. Property is dirty and not maintained. Vehicle parking space is small and limited. Lion's share is located in unlighted alleyway behind Motel. Zero security.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay, location was perfect..close to Scottsdale Old Town, freeways, yet out of the noise zone, and close to a few cool restaurants. Staff was really helpful... and so friendly... Would stay again...

Frasher's was Excellent... and near there was a Thai restaurant, forgot the name, but it was fantastic
