It was ok but I wont stay there again nor would I recommend it. There are a lot of nicer places in Scottsdale.

Great bang for your buck. Very clean and comfortable suite. Would highly recommend this hotel and their suites for families traveling with children.

Well when I booked this hotel it was only for two days but then when I arrived. It was much more then I expected the staff was awesome especially would love to give a shout out to Kristy at the front desk she was very helpful with info on the trolley in Scottsdale and also operating all three phones and checking us in and getting info printed out on things for us to check out while here and so we stayed over although I had to go back on line to book if I wanted the rates I paid. For prior days but I got to stay in the same room you guys are awesome most definitely will return...

The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are nice. The jacuzzi tub was next to the bed, which was a little odd, but worked fine. The room was clean except the ice bucket which had water in it. Pool is ok, but not overly large. No instructions in the room - like how to operate the air conditioner which is controlled by a panel behind the thermostat not on the actual unit (had to call the front desk), what the pool hours where, what channels were available, etc. I'd stay there again though, as long as I wasn't in need of entertainment.

I had to clean the remote with alcohol and the top blanket/sheet had a black dot that looked like a permanent marker. One of the trash cans was broken. The coffee machine and cups were dirty looking so I didn't even bother to try to use them. The phone was dirty. The alarm clock buttons were dirty; the on/off light switches were dirty, too. I purchased a spray bottle and alcohol so that I could disinfect and wipe everything that I had to touch. I also purchased flip flops to wear while in the shower (but the shower was clean). I just did that because at that point I was a little disgusted with the room. The person who gets the room that I was in will have a clean TV remote control, alarm clock and on/off light switches because of me. My only issue was the room not being clean based on the issues I stated above. Other than that, the staff was great. They didn't let me know about the amenities and where to find them, however, they were very nice, friendly and professional. The location was okay. The room was small but I expected that so it was no surprise. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower/tub. The sink is outside the bathroom. The bed is comfortable to sleep on. The hotel guests were great. No issues with loud noises, etc. There is a restaurant right next door to the hotel. I didn't go to it but that is a plus. The lobby of the hotel is clean and very presentable.

central to a lot of stuff but in the less busy part of town---the hotel is clean and staff are friendly---on site restaurant is average---my only complaint which is pretty significant is that i find the walls to be too thin---i could hear every conversation and tv show from both adjoining rooms----after 2 nights i had to go buy earplugs

Room was nice, comfortable and clean except when I unfolded the comforter it had a stain from previous. The check in staff was very helpful but no elevator. Overall it was a good stay. Really like the food at the Seven's out front.

Location is good, near park and on busy road with many shopping centers & food places. Small but comfortable room with large flat screen TV & DVD player. Large bed with very nice linens & pillows.

Checking into the hotel with my brother in law, which we hoped would be a bit trendy and hip place to hang for Barrett-Jackson weekend, we found our reservation was lost. The young staff was unprepared to make amends. After some long back room chat among themselves, they offered us a single king bed and a roll away, with no discount except a $5 gift card and a "gift bag" with a toothbrush and a deck of cards. For two 50 year old males? Hilarious. We suggested two rooms might be best and ultimately that was arranged. The kicker is the undisclosed $100 charge they put on our cards for each room to cover any damages we might inflict. Not a card imprint, but a $100 fee that will be credited to the account in around a week,assuming we did no damage. I travel a lot and have never been charged "just in case". And this is not disclosed on the agency booking page. This is very sketchy and not the norm. Anyway, we managed to get two rooms for no increase and settled in. The place probably looked great when they did the remodel but the up keep budget looks a bit low as the overall place is tired and worn. It's basically a motel that got remodeled but it's getting worn out and shabby. Lastly, it seem the Rock and Roll Marathon was in town so our driveway was blocked by about 10,000 runners, leaving us trapped if we had not parked in the mall across the street. More of an odd annoyance but just one more thing with this place. If you book expect a $100 fee you won't hear about, be lucky if they have your room and don't look too close at the place. Maybe the young staff will be better equipped to smile and do more than bark about the fee you must pay and the 15 boxes you have to mark agreeing to be a good guest.

The was very good room doors open to the out side on the street side not the best part of town but it worked out very well. Bottom line would stay there again.
