3 Palms

First, we had to move to a new room, because it was sooooo filthy, I have pictures! The second room was just as filthy, the only difference is that they didn't even come to clean it, so I got charged for them having to take brand new, unopened food out to their trash, because all of them in the room were full, and we couldn't fit them on our carry ons or check in bags. Upon checking out, I asked if the $100.00 deposit would be put back in, they checked the room and said "Yes, as of midnight, the $100.00 will be back in your account." Yet now they went and took out money yesterday!

we waited for over two hours to get our room as it was not cleaned. When we got the key and took our bags to the second floor room it was already occupied by some one else. The hotel staff after another 15 minutes gave us another room. This place is Like a motel with poor service.

I needed a wheelchair accesible room witch they it was ...infact it was not. I could not fit in restroom.

My husband and I stayed at this so called resort for our anniversary weekend. The first night when we were in the in-room jacuzzi tub and turned on the jets, we noticed a brown slime like material settling on the water and were soon completely surrounded by it. It was disgusting! The next morning we went to the office and told the girl at the front desk what had happened and she told us "ok, go pack up and we'll move you to another room". She was totally unapologetic and didn't offer anything other than a new room. So we moved to another room, and that night when we got into the jacuzzi tub and turned on the jets- IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL!!! Having the in room hot tub was the whole reason we chose to stay at this place to begin with. At 6:30 the next morning, I went to tell the front desk about the problem with the new room, and she handed me the manager's business card and told me to come back at noon to speak with him. That's just what I did, and he was less than hospitable about it. At first he offered to give us a free night's stay. I told him we weren't planning on staying there ever again, and asked for a refund of at least one night & he agreed to do that. He had a terrible attitude for someone in the HOSPITALITY industry, which explains the terrible l service we received from the rest of the hotel staff. Don't waste your time or money at this place!!

HORRIBLE. RUDE EMPLOYEES. MADE THE TRIP HORRIBLE !!!!!

This place is for the young and cheap. The rooms are shabby, dirty, and even thin walled. I could hear my neighbor laughing into the night. Luckily I take Clorox wipes with me. The white comforter had a yellow stain on it. There was something on the walls that wiped off. I don't have the time or energy to describe everything that's wrong with this place. The owner needs to update. Just a little attention might make a big difference. I'll not stay there again and I won't recommend it to my colleagues or anyone else. The staff was helpful is the only compliment I can give.

The room was updated but to small they charge over 150 a night there is no way i would pay that again . it is just a motel with no elevator . The bathroom is so small you can not close the door if you sit down first your knees our in the way. Plus they put in a tv sound with a sub wofers so you can hear the next rooms sound it was very noisy late at night .

The ammenities were not good at all. Several times the housekeeping staff forgot to provide enough towels or bathmats. The TV would go off occasionally but to their credit the maintainence people came quickly and fixed it. There was an issue with the plumbing. The maintenance people came and thought they fixed it but in the end my husband wound up doing it himself with product they left. The only plus I can give this hotel is that the bed was extremely comfortable! However we would not stay there again.

The rooms are not bad. Room service is catered in by someone else. Cannot get coffee delivered to room must go to guest lobby and the whole time I was there they had no sugar. Finding a place to eat was also hard unless you're into fast food.
