Amenity-laden Scottsdale boutique hotel next to El Dorado Park
The hotel 3 Palms is just two miles from downtown Scottsdale and is both convenient and opulent. Chic decor touches include padded headboards and handpicked modern art. There is a concierge and tour planning services. High-end room amenities include pillow-top mattresses, free Internet, and DVD and CD players with surround sound. Guests eager for outdoor recreation can spend the day next door at 60-acre El Dorado Park. Fine coastal cuisine is a few steps away at the new Avalon restaurant.3 Palms Rooms

Great location and awesome staff
The hotel was older but fully remodeled and it was great, the pool was perfect, and the staff was very helpful and awesome, thanks and I would definitely stay there again!

Disgusting!!!!!!!!!
First, we had to move to a new room, because it was sooooo filthy, I have pictures! The second room was just as filthy, the only difference is that they didn't even come to clean it, so I got charged for them having to take brand new, unopened food out to their trash, because all of them in the room were full, and we couldn't fit them on our carry ons or check in bags. Upon checking out, I asked if the $100.00 deposit would be put back in, they checked the room and said "Yes, as of midnight, the $100.00 will be back in your account." Yet now they went and took out money yesterday!

It said the restaurant was "closed for the evening", when we went back for breakfast the next morning, there was NO RESTAURANT in existence in the Hotel at all.

Our experience at the hotel was a pleasent one. They gave us extra towels when needed and the pool area was good. The hotel staff was pleasent whenever we need something or had questions.

Short drive from hotel
There was a place called Egg something in scottsdale area. Not far from the hotel. It was only open for breakfast and lunches. It had good food and reasonable priced.

staff was awesome
when we checked in we were greet by the frontdesk cleck right away Christie was very polite and she was very fast at getting us checked in she told us about the hotel and what it had to offer and as we walked away to go to our room she tells if there is anything that we needed to hesitate to just call us up the lobby is open 24hrs. Thank you to Christie and the rest of the staff

Affordable, Updated, and Convenient
This is a great located if you have plans to spend time down town scotts dale. This is the second time I have stayed here and I really enjoy it. The pool bar and room service are nice extras. My only gripe would be the size of the bathrooms, however it is a great value.

Three Palms
Small older hotel with updated rooms and amenities. Good location. The price was good except the original price offering did not include the added taxes and fees which increased the final amount which remains unknown until the credit card statement is received as no receipt was provided by the hotel upon check out. The hotel does not provide a complimentary breakfast as many hotels offer.
