Wyndham Garden Prescott

We celebrated our 30 yrs of marriage at the Wyndam; May 1-4, 2012. We had a mini-living room; a large bathroom (in between your entrance & bedroom) which I loved. The refrig - was not cold & the ice machine was broken (which they knew) but they had plenty of ice to give you. Our balcony view was facing West (alot of traffic noise) but we didn't mind. Enjoyed the lights at night. The grounds are kept clean (there is none smoking - but saw cigarette butts in & around the entrance(s). Continental breakfast was offered but not advertised by the check-in staff.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I find for the price, this is the best place to stay. It is a few miles from town center, however it is easy to get to and I will continue to book this hotel in the future. The rooms are very nice and the hotel property is well maintained. Staff is friendly.

Very nice family friendly hotel. Great location unless you want to be downtown Prescott. We enjoy being a little out of town, but there are plenty of shopping opportunities close by. Beautiful area with lots of fresh air and blue sky.

Maid left the door ajar. Anyone could have gone in and taken our things. Most interactions with the staff included an arguement. Room was very nice and very quiet. The restaurant was low class. Barmaid didn't know that olive stuffed with blue cheese is a common request (asked " are you serious?"). Service was very slow. Staff leaves much to be desired. The room was nice otherwise. We will NOT return to this hotel.

Checked in late on Sat. evening. Did not notice till I was ready for bed and pulled back the covers that the sheets were dirty. There was some kind of food or blood stain on them. Yuk!! And there were crumbs of something in the sheets also. The room phone did not work. On Sun. AM my room card would not work and I had to get housekeeping to let me in.She said card was worn out. I'd give almost anything to have the $130 I spent back in my pocket.

Bed/pillows very comfortable. Only claim was requested A.M. wake up call and no call was received. Breakfast was included and service was not qood. We waited about 10 minutes and assistant stated waitress/er would be in to help. We left 10 minutes later.

very pleasant staff/ nice rooms but all walls were barren which made the room feel like a dormitory.

Awesome all around

The hotel location is good. The bed was not very comfortable, a little hard but the room itself was a good size. I reserved 2 queen beds through [...] but the hotel said the reservation on their system showed a king suite. They said they didn't have any more 2 queen but we could use the pull out sofa in the suite. Gez thanks.Not ideal but they did comp the breakfast which was very good.
