Great weekend get away
This was my second time staying at the Hassayampa Inn over a few years and I was very pleased to see that it was just as good now as it was a few years ago. The hotel is clean and fresh. The food and service was very good also. The location in downtown is perfect to park and walk to all of the local shops and resturantes.

Fabulous in every way
We have stayed in hotels all over the US and abroad and would say that The Historic Hassayampa Inn was among the best. It had a wonderful feeling as soon as you enter. The staff was great and location to the square was only a block which provides all the restaurants, bars and shopping. *****

Beautiful Historic Hotel
Expected a simple overnight stay. Got an historic (early 20th century) hotel in the center of Prescott, with a lovely, comfortable lobby complete with fireplace. The staff, while small, was extremely helpful. Our room was the original size, but had been upgraded with modern amenities, including HDTV, a hairdryer, and WIFI. Other rooms may be larger. The included breakfast was first class. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Murphy's, a bar and grill in early 20th century style. Wooden beams, pressed tin ceilings, and leaded glass panels set off a marvelous dinner.

Charming Hotel in Great Location
Front Desk check-in a bit of a hassel....staff somewhat disorganized, had to wait awhile, and we were the only ones checking in at the time. Room was clean but no elevator for guests so definitely not handicap friendly hotel. Nice breakfast included but as we paid resort price for room should be really great!! It is all about the location for this hotel...one block from town square and cute shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment so location was for sure the best amenity!

Good Location
This hotel is historic and interesting. Since it is an older property, rooms are small, walls are thin and there is limited elevator use. Had to park across the street. No refrigerator in room and ice machine was empty. It was 92 degrees outside. Breakfast was good - not the usual buffet. Fun to stay once but will probably stay elsewhere next time for bigger, quieter room with more amenities.

Prescott visit
The Hassayampa Inn is a very charming, quaint hotel located in downtown Prescott, so you couldn't ask for a better location to be able to walk around, have a few drinks and NOT worrying about your car! The hotel staff was excellent; I had room 206/207 which is now a combined room..one is the bedroom with a sink, the other is a living room type with a sofa/chair and tv. The toilet is in a small "water closet" as the shower is in its own "closet", so it was interesting to say the least. Bed comfort was ok, got a sore back in the middle of the night because of its structure. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!

Scumtious and Restful
I was very pleased with this hotel. All staff was very friendly and each share a story of the hotels rich history from the elevator to the naming of the Peacock rm. [...] the bar tender was wonderful as we explored potatoe vodka and pairing wine with my Chirizo stuffed bbq pork chop dinner. Assistant chief greated me during my meal and sent me to my room with the most scrumtious chocolate cake. Of course I slept like a baby...LOVE the throw blanket. You can't ask for a better complimentary breakfast. I will return!

Try the stuffed pork chop and the chocolate cake (its more like 4 layers of fudge with cake crumbles between layers).

Sweept Back In Time!
To capture a true feeling of the Old West, this is the place to visit and stay! The dinning room food was very good and the king sized bed seemed even bigger. While our room seemed small, it was more than adequate and again gave you the feeling you had been whisk back in time.

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
Walking over to the court house square, we were entertained by a group dancing class that was learning new dance steps that kept us interested for some time. Then, walking around the square to work off our dinner was most enjoyable with large grown trees and warm fair weather.
