Business as Usual

I stay at this hotel because of the staff and the location is minutes from work. I travel frequently to Presvott for business and have stayed here since my travels back and forth began. I would have rated this hotel a 5 months ago, but lately I have noticed some changes that have changed my rating. They used to offer microwaves in the rooms, but no not even their suites come with a microwave. You can have one brought up for a $10 convenience fee. The hotel vending machines always seem to be out of order or they don't have anymore of a certain selection. The hotel store is always closed. The hallway carpets are filthy and the TV remotes all seem to need new batteries. I usually don't write bad reviews but for the price you pay for an upscale room I just don't see the value in staying here anymore.

Very centrally located. Easy to get to university and the proximity to shops and to the lovely downtown/whiskey row is great.

BUSINESS TRIP

My wife and I often go to Prescott, for business and to get away from the heat of southern Arizona. We stay at this hotel as often as we can. It is extremely convenient for access to both Prescott and Prescott Valley and the casino is a plus for entertainment without leaving the hotel. The casino café is fantastic good food for great prices.

Great Weekend Getaway

My daughters and I wanted to get out of Phoenix and enjoy Prescott for the weekend. The staff was wonderful. We even found an empty Conference room where my daughters and I could play volleyball. We love this place.

I have stayed in all the hotels here in Prescott and this one is by far the best. High ceilings and views here definitely take the cake. Wonderful staff and a great price.
