Poor Customer Service
Room was not cleaned from previous occupant at check-in. By 9:30pm at night, the room still had not been cleaned, i.e., used sheets ruffled up, stained, and tossed askew, toilet paper and floss on the bathroom floor. The front desk lady said that they were "understaffed" and "could not get to it". We transferred to another room. The bathtub drain/plug did not work, so my wife could not take a bath. This was brought to management's attention on three separate days. They always said that they'd get to it, but never did. I requested a one night credit refund, and left a message for the manager to call me on three separate days. No call ever from the manager and no credit refund. Very poor, rude customer service from all staff involved. Customer satisfaction is NOT a concern at this location.

Canton Dragon. Great menu selection, great food, and great service. Prescott Brewery for great pub food and an incredible selection of micro-brews.

Clean but with problems
Comfort Inn in Prescott seemed like a great choice - quieter and off the beaten track. The room was clean and upgraded, but when we went to make popcorn in the microwave we noticed something amiss - there was a hole were the electrical outlet should have been! That meant not only no popcorn, but no way to plug in the little refrigerator the microwave sat on! Kinda put a damper on the evening.

Skip Whiskey Row at night! Scary people hang around the square and seem even worse after dark! I would only visit Whiskey Row during the day when the art shops are open. Prescott has a lot to offer and the 'old west stuff' has taken a back seat to great restaurants and hiking spots!

Another Awesome Stay
We spend several long weekends in Prescott every year. We're always sure to visit Whiskey Row, the plaza and downtown shops, and Granite Creek Vineyard in Chino Valley. There are plenty of hiking trails including our current favorite, the trail around Willow Lake. If you're looking for good Italian food try Papa's - its in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is just outside of town in the pines making it a nice quiet place to end a long day of exploring Prescott and the surrounding area.

Noisy
We stayed here once before and thought it was a nice place. This time around it was noisy, mostly because of a tour buses that arrived both nights of our stay around 11:00pm.

Another Great Stay
We like to spend weekends in Prescott about every other month. This is our hotel of choice. Its close to Whiskey Row and there's an excellent Italian restaurant (Papa's) right down the street. [...] always checks us in with a smile and answers all our questions. He's very knowledgeable about the Prescott area. All the other employees we've interacted with have also been very friendly and helpful. Its a great place to stay for the price.

We paid $80 for this hotel. The pool/spa wasn't working. It should have been more like $60. I have stayed here 3 times now, and won't be doing so again. I found out I could have stayed at a much nicer place for the same amount of money.

old fashioned cozy comfort
Tucked in the woods; despite proximity to main road, very peaceful at night; decks available for pipe-smoking grandpas; very clean rooms with coffee machine; excellently maintained outside and in; friendly and helpful manager; lovely self-made waffle breakfast and dinning area; just lovely! Thanks a mil!
