Quick getaway
The location was perfect to attend spring training games,lots of places to eat close by. I always felt safe in the parking lot, security was around, free wi-fi, safe for my belongings. Great coffe in the morning, quiet at nite, will stay there again.

Coffee in a small 2-table/2-seat coffee room is all that is offered. The staff is friendly and willing to please and the room was well-cleaned. I would have liked a bed that wasn't quite so old, but it was comfortable enough. The location was great - literally a stone's throw from the I-10.

Easy to find, somewhat cumbersome access. But thrilled with price match! Ice machine not working on our floor, phone line out but clean room. Able to get non-smoking room. Good coffee but not in the room. But room worked for a last minute need. And they take dogs!

Old Time
First time in Phenox
Easy to get too from freeway, room was very clean and nights (3) were very quiet, staff was helpful & in finding locations we needed, great value.

Okay for the money
The room was okay but they gave me smoking and it totally stunk. They didn't have a dryer nor an iron.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay which is clean, comfort, safe and close to town you should stay here. No problems and they help me re-book the correct room I wanted even after i arrived there and everything.

Outstanding
I go to phoenix to visit family for 3 or 4days. I always stay here because its cheap, clean, quite and organized. Also its like the halfway point between downtown and the outskirts of Arizona. So if you are just looking for a place to stay and sleep that is cheap and with out being bothered by noise or anything. This is the place.
