Phoenix mountaintop golf resort and water wonderland set in the cliffs
The desert mountaintop is the natural habitat at this memorable getaway. The all-suite resort is just 10 miles outside Phoenix. great time
hotel location is great. overall experience was perfect for a getaway. the main restaurant was closed. the location of the toilet paper roller was ridiculous. the layout of the room was perfect. i would not only recommend,but would love to go back for a couple days soon.

No longer stressed out
Relaxing off season vacation!
This was a nice relaxing get-a-way. The only issue since it was out of season, was the lack of dining locations that normally would have been open if in season.

Disappointing at the Pointe
Hotel has gone down hill since our last visit. Rooms seemed older and dingier. Siding was coming off the corner walls. No midnight snack menu. When watching a pay per view movie, the service stopped in the middle of the movie. Our refrigerator went out twice, not good when traveling w/ small children.. Disappointing for the cost of this resort.

Beautiful Grounds
The view was spectacular, the location to our family living in Phoenix is perfect, the grounds are maintained beautifully. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent value, great resort hotel
Excellent location, near major intersection of Thunderbird Ave and 7th Street which has strip malls at all four corners including Safeway, Fresh & Easy, AJ's Fine Foods, two gas stations, McDonald's, Wells Fargo, fastfood, etc. 10 mins from two major highways. Well-maintained. Clean, spacious, modern suites with separate living room. Comfortable bed. Several pools. I'd live here if these were condos.

Spectacular cliffs
I had read bad reviews but was really surprised when I got there. The pools and the water slide were fantastic. The room was really clean and pretty. The setting was superb with all the cliffs and the different pools at different places. Service was always polite and very friendly but a little slow at the Falls pool snack bar. Glad they had a Starbucks in the main lobby. Everybody seemed to be having a fantastic time.

2nd time there...first room was a little shabby (furniture)...moved to a room the exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like a truck going down a hill in 1st gear!! we actually love this place, and will go again.
