Really great fitness room/gym. Fun breakfast at Hole in The Wall Ranch House, very inexpensive. Weird noises at night of ... someone rolling stuff past my window and people at pool a bit noisy. A very large resort.

This can't be a Hilton
Terri Oct 25, 2009
Upon check-in their is no valet. When he gave us the room he didn't tell me it was upstairs, and my husband has COPD. I was ... shocked when I got in the room I didn't know they made room that small, the air conditioning the room was freezing when it was on and hot when off. The bed was rock hard. Beautiful balcony too bad we couldn't get to it. The food was good, the service could use some help. I will never pick this Hilton again.

We came to enjoy a pool and visit some friends. The pools in the North & South Pointe areas are identical, and very nice. The ... main resort pool looked nice and fun, but we appreciated the privacy of the other pools. The rooms were clean, nicely appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. Very attractive grounds, everything very accessible. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful.

Consumer's Choice Oct 11, 2009
A few things, no wireless connection in the rooms. You have to pay an outrageous fee for internet usage in the room. If you ... want wireless you need to use their computers or go down to the lobby. Amenities were closed and construction was going on. Overall a decent place to stay, but consider other places that seem to offer more for less.

Ultimate Resort in Phoenix/Scottsdale
LaptopTravel Sep 10, 2009
The Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort is the ultimate resort for couples and families. This hotel, situated against a mountain ... reserve, features a wonderful mediterranean architechture, 27 acres of hotel suites and casitas (homes), built around the Coyote River Ranch; an enormous water park for the children and adults! We have travelled to this resort year after year and every time we see or experience something new. The lazy river is a great way to relax when the hot Arizona sun beats down on you in mid-afternoons. There are water vollwyball courts, a water slide, a kid's only wading pool, a waterfall, jacuzzi and so much more! The property features shops and restaurants adjacent to the pool area for dining and shopping convenience. There is a a full fitness center and world-class spa on the grounds. Scattered throughout the resort are pools, some of which feature swim-up bars and restaurants! The staff is excellent and the newly decorated rooms are immaculate, featuring Serenity beds! The pool area also has miniature golf and tennis courts adjacent. There is a major pool remodelling beginning in October 2009 and the result will only make this wonderful resort even better! One of the three best world resorts I have ever experienced!
