MainStay Suites at Metro Center

Front desk staff is rude and incompetent.Spa was cold. .While sitting in lobby waiting for room another guest came up to counter with a gun tucked in the back of his waist band, appeared to be a gang member or drug dealer. With that said the room itself was quite comfortable. Would I stay here again? Not a chance.

Even though the hallways & stairwells looked run down, it was a nice room. Extremely cozy and plenty of convenient amenities for us to utilize. We liked the setup of the room as well.

This hotel was great! The staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast excellent. Waffles and hardboilded eggs!!!!The kitchen worked well for my needs. The bed comfey!! WIFI worked well.The only problem was room service took towels and didnt replace them lol. and the hot tub didnt work. but i would stay again

My colleague and I were looking for an inexpensive hotel room to attend a seminar; I came across the Mainstay Suites and booked our stay because that rate was affordable. We thought it was going to be a cheap looking motel but were pleasantly surprised because the room set-up was very convenient; the amenities were great; free breakfast was also very good and the staff very helpful and polite. In short, we would stay there again and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you

I had to change rooms because the furniture in the first one was dirty and nasty around the edges, maids do a quick clean the top. room smelled of smoke. 2nd room had dirty walls, moldy shower, and itchy bed. we couldn't stay the bed was so itchy, left early. room was very small for extended stay hotel. i have stayed at low and high end hotels, this was by far the worst ever.

This is the perfect Hotel and location. Many, many stores, resturants and gas stations. It was clean and had the best kitchen I've ever seen at a hotel suite. It was on the main interstate (I-17) that was in acess to all cities of Phoenix.

handicap door openers do not work reserved handicap room did not have one available roaches on the kitchen counter and in microwave carpet so dirty it turned the bottoms of our feet black took a shower reached for a towels there were none

Hotel is always quiet and I feel safe. Close to everything.

I enjoyed staying at Main Stay Suites! Its close to shopping and resturants. Right off the freeway but you don't hear the traffice and great for getting out of town quickly. The only downside I had this time was I was placed in a Handicapped room, I didn't mind but would have been nice to keep it available for someone who will need a wheel chair accessable room. I will definitally stay there again :)

Always nice and friendly employees, hallways are not the cleanest, because pets are allowed to stay and guests abuse where to walk the dogs. Aside from that! Rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The morning breakfast is good, and they keep it clean. I have stayed several times and will continue to go back. Very convenient to freeway and shopping. I only travel there for work, but there is a nice mall across the street. They lock up at night, and since I am female and alone I like that. I have never felt unsafe!
