Artsy Downtown Hotel
Great downtown Phoenix location with coffee shops, restaurants and museums with in walking distance. Check it out on First Friday - art walk. Fun 'pop-up' restaurant. Service was good. Basic breakfast included and wireless available (but with some challenges). No fitness center, but encourages you to walk the neighborhood!

Lola coffee shop is wonderful and around the block! Fresh roasted gourmet coffee and homemade pastries and the New York Times daily.

Family emergency travel
Kid was in hospital.
Loved the staff! The pool was very clean and warm. Room was very comfortable and bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again next time I visit Phonix. They helped my family with a hospital discount while my son was in Phonix Children Hospital.

online ad was very decieving
we were very dissapointed.... this hotel no longer had facilities they advertised. the restaurant/bar was closed. the work out room was closed. the continental breakfast was a joke, and served in a room where there was no ceiling to speak of

One old hotel
This hotel was rated 3 stars. Who rates these????The location is hard to get to. The bed mattress was like sleeping on the concrete floor. Breakfast was not eatable.

Its closing time
This hotel is barely 2 stars... old, not clean and pretty much deserted. Do not be swayed by the downtown location, I had homeless people bug me in the parking lot. I wanted to checkout the day I arrived, and the staff did not try to save the booking... i ended up staying just because i did not have time to look for another hotel. This hotel needs to be closed down.

I enjoyed my stay. Everyone was extremely nice. The hotel was nice and clean. The location of the hotel was near a bunch of places you could walk too. So was pretty good.
