Gross
I'm not really one to write reviews at all, but I feel like I should here, to warn other travelers. I suppose I shouldn't have expected any more, staying in the cheapest hotel I could find on this website. Still, all I wanted was something clean with a bed. Well, the bed was there, but the clean aspect was not. The check in process was painless and quick, I'll give them that. Their lobby is nice, too. But once I got into the 1970's, cricket-y elevator, I knew things weren't looking good. The door to the room itself was tattered with scuff marks and dings, and the room was not much better. There were stains on the carpet, the walls, and (worst of all) the bed. In the bathroom, there was at least 2 inches of dirty water with tiny black specks in it. Don't know what that was and I don't want to know. Suffice to say, no shower was taken. I checked for bedbugs (you would too if you saw the room), and thankfully didn't find any. The bed was hard as a rock and honestly, not clean at all. I found pieces of popcorn (complementary breakfast?!) between the sheets, and random stains on the mattress. All in all it wasn't the worst hotel I've ever been in, but far from a 3.5/5 hotel that I expected. I would give it 1.5/5. I was only there from about 10pm to my 5am checkout the next morning, so I suppose the place served its purpose. I'd only recommend it to someone SERIOUSLY on a budget, as it was (as mentioned) disgusting, in the MIDDLE OF NOWHERE (45 minutes from the airport, in case you're wondering), and probably only good for single adults staying just 1 night.

One night stand
Nice hotel, didn't know it was here at such a good price, I think one of the best things about it is all the things around it although I didn't use them this time, I think it's a pretty normal hotel, everything was clean, didn't use the pool so can't comment about that, there is a breakfast buffet at the restaurant which was OK, I would stay here again.

Good deal in Phoenix
It was nice, clean, and quiet. A balcony might have been all that was really missing for me.

Mostly decent
Visiting Phoenix for MLB spring training and exploring AZ for the first time, traveling solo. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and the bartender was great. Had a comfy bed. Breakfast in restaurant was very good. Location also excellent being right off I-17 for easy access to basically anywhere in the Phoenix area and to the north. I agree with others that the building was definitely showing its age, for example the carpet in room was stained, shower backed up one of my four days here in the morning. Wood around bathroom floors pretty scuffed up. Overall, however, I would say it was a decent place to stay for a single traveler mostly looking for a place to sleep at night. You pay for what you get.

ok
I was on a personal vacation in Phoenix. This hotel is kind of difficult to find, so I recommend getting detailed directions prior to the trip. I got it confused with Sheraton Crescent because the Crescent location was right off of I-17 and very visible. I would have given this hotel 5 stars, but it had some problems that brought it down to a 4 star. I was on the 4th floor, and could not connect to the wi-fi internet from my room. I had to go downstairs to the lobby to get internet access, which was extremely inconvenient. Also, my phone had a loose connection in the room, and I could not get a dial tone on a few occasions. I was also located right next to an elevator that had some loud, grumbling sounds coming from it that made me think it was about to break. The rooms were nice, though, and clean and quiet, except for the occasional elevator noise. The staff was friendly, most anyway. The morning free buffet was good. Other than those few problems, it was a nice hotel in a convenient location off of I-17, but far enough away that the noise of the interstate didn't disturb the peace.

Short drive from hotel
There is a midas auto service located on Dunlap and I-17 that helped me fix my brakes during the trip. They were very good. On my way into Phoenix from Globe, I got stuck behind a dump truck going only 10-20 mph downhill for about 20 minutes. I was unable to pass them due to the mountains and winding curves and busy on-coming traffic. My rotors got too hot, warped and started expressing the problem with a vibration after that downhill braking period. They diagnosed the problem and fixed my brakes.

Best hotel stay for little to no money!
This hotel was very well put together. I did not expect to have such luxury for the price I paid. To my surprise the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Not Fresh
My experience at the Four Points Sheraton was not good at all. I have stayed at many hotels by far and this has to be the worst for several reasons. The room I stayed in was very stuffy. Even though it was a non smoking room it was not fresh. The carpets in the room needed to be cleaned and had several stains on it. Also the comforter on my bed had several stains on it where I had house cleaning switch it out. Lastly, I had a do not disturb sign on my door because I had things out in the room since I would be gone the entire day. When I came back the sign was removed and my room had been cleaned. My wishes were not respected. I informed the front desk. On a good note the staff was helpful and friendly gave me directions to the mall.
