Desert-inspired hotel near downtown Phoenix’s shops and restaurants
The InnPlace Hotel Phoenix North is located in Phoenix's Northwest Valley business and restaurant district. The centrally located, urban hotel has a dizzying array of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. At the hotel, there is an Olympic-size outdoor heated pool, whirlpool and sundeck. Rooms entice with the signature InnPlace Bed. Copper Creek Bar and Grill is on site. The hotel has 13,000 square feet of space for business meetings and destination weddings and a dedicated event staff.

Eastern traveler
Isolated
The hotel is in a terrible location. There is only a single chain restaurant within walking distance and the hotel restaurant offers terrible food. There is no gift shop to buy convenience items in the premises. Unless you have a car for personal transportation or are willing to take a cab to get to the nearest shopping center 1.5 miles away you better enjoy jogging in 110 degree weather. The room keys kept losing their magnetic memory requiring several long walks back to the desk to get new ones.

Unbeatable location for the price"
Rooms need a little updating Example the T.V. was old. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Location was excellent

Not Fresh
My experience at the Four Points Sheraton was not good at all. I have stayed at many hotels by far and this has to be the worst for several reasons. The room I stayed in was very stuffy. Even though it was a non smoking room it was not fresh. The carpets in the room needed to be cleaned and had several stains on it. Also the comforter on my bed had several stains on it where I had house cleaning switch it out. Lastly, I had a do not disturb sign on my door because I had things out in the room since I would be gone the entire day. When I came back the sign was removed and my room had been cleaned. My wishes were not respected. I informed the front desk. On a good note the staff was helpful and friendly gave me directions to the mall.

Very Nice Place - Reasonably Priced
Excellent Location at major shopping and restaurants adjacent to I-17. No highway noise. Very modern and squeaky clean. Large room at excellent price ($60 for 2 adults and 2 children). Great pool access with towels and tables/chairs available poolside. We come to Phoenix a couple of times each year to visit our adult son. Our second stay this location; we will be staying here again. This is a major improvement over prior places.

Great stay
Very pleasant. We walked to Metro Center then came back and played in the pool. Good night's sleep, no complaints whatsoever. Oh, yeah, just one, I love desert landscaping and it's very well done, but not quite maintained. I'm sure with cut backs, etc., there isn't the personnel and money to keep it 100% but I did notice weeds and plants that could use some attention.

No kids for a night......Priceless
Super friendly staff
The building showed its age. The A/C in the room did not work very well. The staff was incredible; very friendly and helpful. Room service was very prompt. Room was good sized and the bed was comfortable. Lots of shopping and dining options in the immediate area. Movie theater right across the street. Hotel located for easy access to freeway. Kind of rough neighborhood, but did not have any problems during our stay. Check in and check out were very fast and easy. We would stay at this hotel again.

Great Hotel and Great location
I traveled 13 hours to get there. Once there it was nice to have a clean room. It was a bit hot and took a while to cool down but otherwise a great place. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Good location but questionable service
the room a/c didn't work and staff seemed like they knew about this but chose this room for us. Also at midnight, another guest was given our room and tried to enter!!!!! NOT GOOD

Staff was friendly. Hot tub not heated and jets didn't work. No continental breakfast. Resturant limited menu and hours
