Desert-inspired hotel near downtown Phoenix’s shops and restaurants
The InnPlace Hotel Phoenix North is located in Phoenix's Northwest Valley business and restaurant district. The centrally located, urban hotel has a dizzying array of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. At the hotel, there is an Olympic-size outdoor heated pool, whirlpool and sundeck. Rooms entice with the signature InnPlace Bed. Copper Creek Bar and Grill is on site. The hotel has 13,000 square feet of space for business meetings and destination weddings and a dedicated event staff.

Four Points was okay. Rooms were clean. Room service was quick. Service was good. All in all good place to stay.

Great getaway in Phoenix
Our room was very comfortable and homey. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. After our first night we went out all day to come back to a plumbing problem in our room. The staff immediatly found us a new room (even better than the first) and moved us. Enjoyed our stay and will come back next time in town.

Seems like a fair distance on a map, but really not a long way to downtown which is really starting to be a great place for fun.

Excellent value
The 4 Points Sheraton was very comfortable with lots of eateries and shops in close proximity - just a short drive away. Location of hotel was in close proximity to freeway. I chose to eat at the steakhouses and the Chili's restaurant nearby, but had the buffet breakfast at the hotel which I feel is a good value. The room was excellent, well-maintained, and the bed was worthy of a 3+ rating. One large pool and jacuzzi. Tennis court was not available for use - appeared to be converted as a storage area. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous.

They work hard
The Four Points by Sheraton in Phoenix was a great place to stay. The people were friendly and helpful. The suite I stayed in was big and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good and fully stocked. And the bartender was especially fun at night. The Four Points is located in the middle a many other places to eat wich made for a great stay.

Comfortable beds - disappointed with Staff at front desk
The Bed was HUGE and very comfortable but the bathroom door didn't shut and the dressing area/sink etc were behind a half wall right behind the bed. There is no possible way to have any privacy in this room, not even in the bathroom so don't share room here with somebody that you don't know very well. The restaurant never seemed to be open in the evening, though we did manage to meet a super nice bartender that kept the bar area open for us until 10 the last night of our stay. All in all the hotel itself is nice and comfortable. The staff however (at the front desk) not at the restaurant/bar, could use a bit more training I think.

Courtious Staff
The room was a good size and was decorated pleasantly with a great flat screen TV. We had a few problems and the staff was very attentive and pleasant and got the job done. It is a great location for a stay in Tempe. It was very clean.

So many choices for dining. Closest area to park and walk is Mill Ave. in Tempe, howeever, Scottsdale is right up the road a couple of miles and food choices just get better and so does the shopping.

great pool but... poorly maintained rooms
The pool was great - big, empty, clean. But... the room was small, the toilet kept running, the bathroom door had trouble staying shut. so, SO.

Wish I was there now!!!!!
The Four Points Sheraton in Phoenix was the one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was great right by the pool, the bed was extremely comfortable and I wish I was there now. The restaurants were all within walking distance and the choices were from all the best family dining spots. Convenience, cleanliness, comfort and service were all there. And Oh the POOL. Close enough to the airport so we had plenty of time to get our flight.

A NICE WEEK
THE ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE ABOUT MY STAY WAS THE DOWN PILLOWS....SORRY BUT I DO NOT LIKE DOWN PILLOWS...HAVING SAID THAT, THE BED WAS PERFECT...THEY HAVE A NICE POOL THAT I ENJOYED....FREE COFFEE IN THE MORNING AND THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY...ITS A WALK AWAY FROM SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS...
