Nice Hotel, very close to Chase Field

Hotel is very nice, excellent location downtown and close to Chase Field and not far from the airport. The only negative - not too many restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was very ...

The staff was very frienly toward everyone, I came to conclussion that you must train your staff well, everyone was very accomodating.

GREAT HOTEL

I was there for the Depeche Mode concert at the arena and it was two blocks from the site also nice rooms and staff. Area has lots of homeless people but had no issue. Great Price and really nice pool and spa.

Good time had by all

It was a perfect weekend for four girlfriends to attend an American Idol Live Concert. One of our gals had a broken ankle--the concierges at the Hyatt arranged for a wheel chair rental. Thanks to that wheel chair we were able to attend a D-Backs game, hit two shopping malls and dine at several Mexican restaurants. Downtown Phoenix was great and I would return to the Hyatt Regancy in a heart beat. The ambassador were very helpful and a pleasure to visit. I shall return to Phoenix.

Nice Hotel

We came here for the Fiesta Bowl and wanted to stay somewhere between Glendale and Tempe. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. Any questions we had, they were able to answer! Rooms were pretty much like any you find at a Hyatt, but the decor around the hotel was really pretty. They didn't have in-room fridges or microwaves, but other than that, the beds were as comfortable as always!

There are some fabulous margaritas at a small restaurant just a block and half away from this hotel: Sam's Place. Check out the Rico Rita...so good you can't have just one!

convenient to conference

except for a 2 am problem with noise on our floor, the stay was comfortable and relaxing...the staff very friendly...would stay there again
