The staff was very friendly. Everybody seemed happy and content with their job. Seems like very good administration and great place. Would surely stay there next time. Food was good but there are lot of food choices around the hotel too. You are right in the middle of the action.

Overwhelmed by HIGH taxing!
Bed did not have fitted sheets and would bunch up underneath during sleep. A/C cold air vents blow on neck at sleep location. Staff was top notch and always accommidating though.

Pool was under construction
I didn't like how the pool was under construction being that it is so hot in Phoenix. I also didn't like that there was no hotel parking, you had to park in the paid parking lots. I think I paid enough for the hotel room.

Nice staff, good room
The hotel looks good outside. Location is perfect. Aircoditioner is really cold and you can't adjust it. There is a fee of $25 to get a refrigirater in your room. No microwave. Internet access is $12 to have it in the room. Free in lobby. Parcking is $27. Across the road- $12. Would recommend it, but be prepared to pay for everything.

Hyatt does well
The room was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the decor pleasing to the eye. Only downside was having to pay for computer center since I decided to not bring my computer.

convenient to conference
except for a 2 am problem with noise on our floor, the stay was comfortable and relaxing...the staff very friendly...would stay there again

Good Downtown location
Nice, clean hotel. Staff was welcoming. Located 2 steps from light rail and other downtown locations. Great pool.

Beautiful hotel but rooms need a little help
Beautiful lobby, nice restaurants, great staff. The ottoman in my room was horribly stained, there was something spattered on the bathroom wall, and bathroom itself was really dark. There was only one fluorescent ceiling light over the bathroom mirror, I felt like I was in an office. Very dark shower due to the one light being way over by the mirror. I've been in MUCH nicer hotel bathrooms. Very comfy bed though, with lots of pillows.
