Family Memorial Day week end

Peaceful Escape

I was able to see the Grand Canyon and was picked up from the hotel. The front desk was extremely helpful with all questions I had pertaining to the Phoenix area.

Sweet Smelling Room

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth, humor and courtesy. The atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and clean. The room itself was beautiful, spacious and smelled very NICE. We enjoyed the pool and excused the fact that there was no hot tub. I would have given the hotel four stars but had to rate it three only because we were disappointed with the breakfast. There was a variety of juices, bread, oatmeal, cereals and fruit. We had thought that other hot items besides the oatmeal, coffee and toast were going to be eggs, bacon and pancakes. The fruit tasted unusually bad. We weren't sure if it was due to the amount of preservatives in the juices or if the fruit was old. Beds were comfortable and check out was a breeze.

Great place, however

Everything was really nice and alot of extras, however the room was right next to the freeway and the ice machine was right outside. Very noisy night

Nice Stay!

The room was very nice, I liked the separate space for a couch and ottoman. The only thing I didn't like was their continental breakfast. It would've been nice for more choices of food. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

great deal! Great room!

Awesome room, very big, huge tv, nice breakfast, the pool was heated, but no hot tub, but still a very nice place!

Great place to stay!

Visit to Phoenix was pleasure. Great place to stay. Location was ideal and the hotel was nice, clean, and spacious. Staff was courteous and helpful. I hope to stay again in the future. Highly recommend.

Looking to Get Away

Nice pillows on the bed, pool was cold at night and no hot tub but overall it is a good location and a nice hotel. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful with directons and things to do.

Sightseeing tip: Not Applicable

Go check out "out of Africa" it is about 89 miles outside of Phoenix. Its fun for everyone.
