This hotel kicked butt for the price. I usually stay at motel 8 because its cheap. This room was cheaper and came with a full kitchen with full size refrigerator. Microwave it even had a full set of dishes pots and pans utensils. It even had a work space with 4 chairs and a nice chair next to the bed. It was supposed to have a love seat but oh well. This room was great I will stay again.

Was in town the the NCAA Tournament, just looking for soemthing inexpensive to basically shower and sleep and that's what I got. Room was OK, but floor was still damp after cleaning and had a sizeable ink spot on the floor. Matress was on the firm side so sleeping was the best. If you're looking for something for a night or two that's cheap, this won't kill you.

A Great Value
Considering what I paid for my stay, it was a great value. I've paid much more before for what I got here. It was very quiet and very accessible to the freeways and the main streets I was traveling to. The room and bathroom were clean. The kitchen had everything working: refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee pot. The air conditioner worked very well to keep me comfortable.I would definitely stay again if the price remains around the same.

You can get your own food at a few fast-food places nearby: Subway, etc. But there is a Mexican supermarket that is wonderful to buy fruit, vegetables and other groceries if you need them about 1/2 mile away west on Dunlap.

Homestead homeless!
The rooms are very nice but the service is terrible! Excellent location, but when it was time for homestead to have my room ready, they werent prepared, so I had to find something to do until time for the room to be available for me and my boyfriend! Im not going back to homestead, they got me bent! Im going to another suite somewhere else for better QUALITY service! Yup!

NO TO NON SMOKING ROOMS!!!
I ENJOY STAYIN AT ANY HOMESTEAD HOTELS BUT I'M NOT A SMOKER AND I WAS PLACED IN A SMOKING ROOM :( MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RESERVATIONS THAT YOU ARE IN THE ROOM YOU REQUESTED FOR OR YOU WILL BE PLACED IN A ROOM YOU DON'T WANT. THERE WAS NO WAY OF GETTIN THE SMELL OUT, IT WAS DISGUSTING AND DIDN'T SLEEP AT ALL

Perfectly adequate for my needs. AC didnt really work but it was winter so I just opened the window. They normally charge $5 for wireless but gave me a freebee.
