At first we were having problems with our mattress not working correctly the staff fixed the problem right away and was very friendly about it. They even left a piece of candy and a note that they were in the room. Nice touch.

Hotel close to the airport
We blew in late and left mid morning the next day, but there's nothing special here - just a clean and close to the airport. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The largest complaint I had was the loudness/lack of insulation in the hotel. You could easily hear other guests snoring, talking, tvs, etc. If you walked down the hallway I heard it. This may sound dramatic but I really sleep pretty good most places and this was an acceptionally loud place to stay. It could have been the people staying next to us and the not the hotel's fault, but what can you do.

Nice Rooms and Convenient to Airport
This hotel was great for my needs (one overnight before a flight from Sky Harbor). The front desk staff was very helpful giving info about the area and transportation options. Breakfast was good as well (even right at the opening time).

The hotel staff recommended the restaurant in the Hilton Garden Inn next door (their partner hotel), but there are a number of restaurants/bars/etc down University Ave (5 min drive or ~10 mins by bus).

perfectly located near the Airport
We needed a place to stay before an early morning flight. It was less than five minutes to the car return. We got up early, had nice breakfast provided by the hotel before departing. The front desk directed us to a very good restaurant for dinner when we checked in. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable.

Great price, good service
Great service, picked us up at airport and brought us back in the morning. Helpful staff, excellent accomodations, comfortable rooms. I would stay there again.

Almost Local
Reliable, Clean, Comfortable
The hotel was, as always, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It is our default Phoenix hotel when we are traveling through Sky Harbor,due to its proximity and general excellence. They have a park & fly service, which is very useful for us, and we've never had an issue. Their shuttle drivers are helpful and courteous, the front desk is efficient, and the rooms are extremely comfortable and well-kept.

Straight east on University through the ASU area on the left is Chompie's NY style deli. It is a few miles drive, but the breakfast and lunch options are excellent, and if you're interested in an early dinner they aren't bad for that either.
