We dropped our rental car off at the airport the night before our flight. The airport car rental will shuttle you to the airport terminals; then call the hotel and they will send a shuttle to the airport for you. Saved us time the next morning for our flight.

Great for a family using Sky Harbor.

We arrived after dinner with our 2 young kids. The room included a fold-out couch and a king bed, which was perfect for us. ... We had one small problem, which was the blanket for the fold-out couch had an unpleasant smell. A call to housekeeping resolved this. Breakfast was plentiful but not a bargain at $10/pp. An alternative is the Waffle House restaurant, which shares a parking lot. Awesome airport shuttle.

The hotel staff was very helpful. However, I booked & paid in full for my stay 2 1/2 months in advance. The room was nice, ... however it was next door to the ice machine which we heard everytime it was used. Having booked and paid in advance I would have expected a better location. I suspect they gave us this room based on our low rate we got through Orbitz. I will not stay here again.

Man shot in hotel parking lot

Nice room, once we complained that they gave us one with a view of a wall, they reasigned us a room with a better ... visual. Tried to get in my car to retrieve something after dinner, and the cops had the place roped off, due to a shooting in the parking lot, so I was NOT able to get in my car at all ! Room service took almost an hour to produce a $ 40.00 pizza, by then it was bed time.

The Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport was very comfortable. The rooms were large and the bathroom was very nice. The pool ... area was nice as well. The hotel staff was wonderful. Very helpful with area information and set up a pack n play for my daughter upon our arrival to the hotel.

There are a fair amount of restaurants around but they are about a 10 min drive from the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful in giving directions if needed.

The Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport was great. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and at a very fair price. The ... breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced. The only problem was finding it. Will stay there again when going to Phoenix.

The Hilton Garden Inn-Phoenix Airport was comfortable. The room was quite large in comparison to other hotels and the desk ... was in a great location for working. The desk chair was ergonomic and extremely comfortable. The business center was very large and contained two computers. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was very close to the airport and they also provided a complimentary shuttle.
